[Resolved] Indiatimes Shopping — Sent a wrong product

Hi ,

I order a shirt cotton county mouse plain men shirt on Dec 18, 2012 1:40 PM order number is [protected] . I received the product totally different Which was shown on your website. The quality and color is very cheap and very different. And when i call your customer care (Mr. Kuldeep gupta) told me that they will not generate any complain against this.This is not the way U will give any product and we will have to accept.and plz give a proper training to ur customer care executives,they dont know how to handle the customer and they are their to help us not for arguing with us. Plz do the needful
And I want the cancellation of the product and refund my money back.

I wish you will resolve my problem as soon as possible.
