HEREBY I AM FORWARDING THE MAIL I HAVE SENT TO THEM

I received my product order number: [protected]. I got my product in a damage condition and it is not working.

The body of the product has been broken and the fan leaves was twisted. I am unable to capture picture on the fan leave as it is inside.

Compliant number:610534

Kindly help me to replace this product or initiate a refund process if replacement is not possible. Because of the climate it was an urgent need. Too sad that after getting a product i am not able to use it. Please help me

Indiatimesshopping — Empty Parcel Box

Two Products I ordered at a time. The first one I received properly but the parcel box of the second product was empty. How rediculous they can be that they are sending empty box to the customer. My ORDER NO was:[protected] and SUB ORDER NO was: 2975038. I complained to the customer care several time. My COMPLAINT REFERENCE NO is :187168. Nothing has been done so far from their side. I wonder how such a big e-retailer doing bisiness in India!
