Indigoairlines — Cargo misleading

I had booked the ticket in Indigo flight no. 6E265 Bhubaneswar to Bengaluru at time 7:20 departure on 9th April.I reported Bhubaneswar airport at sharp 6:20 when I went to collect my boarding pass.There was a lady who misleaded me by telling that my luggage weight is exceeding by 5 kgs and charged Rs 200/kg.I didnt have cash in hand so she told me to collect cash from ATM outside the airport.
Later I realized that the luggage weight is not more than 18 kgs.
She took away the money from me withoutgivig any reciept.
Please help me,I am totally in loss.Please take suitable action against her.
