Cancellation of Flight Ticket

Hi this is Sivani, on 6th december we booked the flight ticket in the name of Bhaskara Rao Yalla from Banglore to Hyderabad so wanted to cancel the ticket, from our end it is not being possible to cancel. PNR number is HC9E4H. Please do the needful

My husband accidentally booked the wrong dates for our February 2026 ticket to India through Indigo Airlines. As soon as I received the itinerary, I realized the mistake and requested a refund or a date change. However, they are asking for £200 to reschedule, which has disappointed me. Unable to book in Plan B despite of more than 10-hour rescheduling

I have booked my flights from Nagpur to Lisbon with 2 stops. The airlines have rescheduled the flights for unknown reasons and now I am unable to use plan B when I am eligible....

Lost ipad and charger

I was waiting at the boarding lounge at the Chennai Domestic Airport, near Terminals 129 and 128. I lost my Ipad and charger there and when I asked the indigo staff to retrieve it for me they said my ipad was taken by the Airports Authority, when I contacted the Airports Authority, they have said they don't have it with them. I have been trying to contact them ever since and the response has been the same.

Yesterday I have booked the tickets with above Indigo Airlines my reference PNR No. is M946HA, while giving the contact email id column by mistakes wrongly typed, Hence they are not sending the E tickets and changing my contact email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in, Also spoke to 5 times with their customer care every time they are telling that it can be done by chargeable basis, Also not allowing change my email id in their website, Above is very much disgusting and irritating, India's No. 1 Airlines behaves like a dictatorship attitude

    They asked for my documents like Aadhar card, marksheet, etc., and provided me a offer letter. They then asked me for Medical Report and if not possible from me they offered me a hello panel to get my medical tests done for which I paid them Rs.1750 on Bank Account

      Discrimination in refund amount

      I had booked my tickets from mumbai to nairobi via indigo app in super 6e fare…then i recommended it to my friend and my brother by which they also booked the same route on different dates. But when we all called off our trip and canceled out tickets they got charged zero cancelation charges and they charged me 6000 per pax (Total 24000)…. I contacted their customer care but they kept saying that theor 100% refund is a system...

      Government of India, in this it is clearly mentioned that in case loss, delay or damage to baggage, the carrier liability is limit

      Lost student identity card and pan card while travelling

      I was travelling from Delhi to Srinagar in morning of 17th May Saturday via

      Unethical deduction of cancellation charges

      I had booked return ticket for 4 persons for ahmedabad - Dharamshala for 12th and 19th May vide PNR GUT74V and U7NEGA on 23 Apr and paid by credit card. My onward journey for 12th was cancelled by Airline due to closure of chandigarh airport and full refund was approved. However Indigo approved my refund with deduction of Rs 14216 for the return journey. This is highly unethical as we could not have performed the return journey as the onward...

      Baggage loss BLR6E29388

      On 15 april my baggages were not delivered to me after landing in bangalore and i was told that the same will be delivered by EOD 16th April however since then i am struggling to get my baggages which have important documents and expensive garments, shoes etc to wear in business meetings...

      Indigo has denied refund of the cancelation charges after providing the death certificate of the family member due to which the travel was canceled. On the initial call before the cancellation, they promised a refund but later denied.
      IndiGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        For the flight of 5th March evening from guwahati to delhi -
        I was to travel from guwahati to delhi with my family and when we reached the guwahati airport, we were told that our flight has already left. the flight we booked was for approx 2 hours later and it was preponed, we were not informed in any way except getting two calls around 4 pm that the gate closes in 10 mins. we received no sort of communication from indigo before those calls.
        we were additionally charged money for making our new trips from guwahati to delhi and 4 of my family members including me were sick yet no food was provided since the whole journey from guwahati to lucknow to delhi now was going to take more than 5 hours and we had to take our medicines. on top of that, i bought coffee + potato chips in guwahati to lucknow flight for my mother's low sugar that we paid for in cash at the moment and we were never delivered that despite me constantly reminding the attendants.
        and then our checked-in luggage was now to arrive directly in delhi and we did had my mother's medicine prescriptions in it along with her more medicines and we could not get her those which resulted in her health deteriorating drastically there. she is a kidney patient with her treatment ongoing in AIIMS, delhi for years.
        i demand quick response and resolve with compensations from Indigo for all the troubles we had to go through or i will be forced to go into consumer courts with my complaints.

          Inconvenience caused due to flight delays

          I had a flight from Kolkata to Udaipur on 23.01 with PNR details W5QMWQ.
          The flight schedule was 1:00PM from Kolkata to Delhi and at 06:10PM from Delhi to Udaipur. However, after reaching airport got an information that flight is delayed and is expected to leave around 2:00PM.           I booked round trip flight from Indore to Chennai on 23/10/2024 (PNR: JQFTQB AND N169NM). GST number was provided while booking these tickets and I was expecting GST invoice over mail in 30days of ticket booking. I tried getting it generated from your website but no luck after multiple attempt. Inspite of providing all details, it showed some information is incorrect. Support of indigo was also not helpful for me....
