No option to use travel vouchers

For 2 passengers travelling with PNR C2BLTV, 2 vouchers each for R.s 5, 000 were issued. But I am trying since 1 month. But no option has been given in booking for use of these vouchers. If it was given only for publicity, why they were issued to harass passengers....

Seems to joking with us, they stopped my boarding due to 1 min late, causing my fault, then I paid 3000 more for the next flight, after boarding the flight now they are saying flight is delayed. Means airlines mistake is no matter, no value of the passengers time.

Harassing airline
