Our Ticket from Mumbai to Dubai was booked by Travel agent . Few days before travel we changed the return date and paid in dhrams by credit card . At Mumbai airport check in counter we were held and asked to produce the card from where the payment is done . We thought they are asking to show the main ticket payment proof but the main ticket money was paid by travel agent directly to airline hence there was no card involved . Then they asked as to pay full ticket money . Then we showed the card from where we paid 90 dhs to change the date and that’s how they allowed us to board the flight .

Indigo Airlines — flight delay 6e 223 on 20/01/2018

The flight was preponed to 10 AM due to Republic Day restrictions from original time of 10:35 AM.

However, without any reasons or explanation, flight was delayed to 12 Pm with passengers sitting inside the plane. People either kids are made to wait inside the flight for 2 hours and no satisfactory explanation has been given.

While I am writing this complaint, we are still inside the plane, hoping that it takes off on time.

Redoculous inefficient IVR System. That despite accepting the message multiple times, one keeps getting the phones regarding pre-ponement...

I would like to mention my last experience with Indigo during my Thiruvanantpuram-Kolkata trip on 12.01.18. I was travelling with my wife under PNR HEQG2Q. It was a very bitter experience with Indigo among my several travelling with it. I was at check-in counter at thiruvanantpuram airport to check-in my luggages and to get boarding pass. The lady staff of lndigo at the check-in counter (I don't know her name, it can be traced through boarding pass issuing user ID), asked me to put all my luggages including hang baggage at the belt....

I had a horrible experience with Gongigo flight service today. I had booked flight from Delhi to Chennai. Actual departure time was 9 45am and I was supposed to reach chennai by 12 noon. I had a connecting flight from chennai to cochin by 2 05 pm. I had enough time for transit. Goindigo flight got delayed due to foggy conditions and they themselves delayed it again unnecessarily saying that they needed time to start their engine. On dtd. 10th of jan 2018 i took a flight from Indore to Kolkatta via Raipur 6E 811 on upper cabinet i put my hand bag and a jacket, when i reach kolkatta i didnt found my jacket there but my bag was there, on i asking with crew staff they told me that they have drop the jacket at Raipur airport. Many times i complaint to customer care they didnt find it....

Morning go-air flight cancelled by the airlines..
Made us wait at airport and in plane for more than 5 hours.
Making false promises of cancelling and refund of my round trip, as return indigo flight has not cancelled..
Duty manager at airport, noted the pnr of both trips and promised that the 100% amount will be refunded.

Dear sir/ madam.

I would like to inform you that today indigo flight no : 6e 6132 which was secdule departure from bagdogra at 1500 hrs to kolkata by 1600 hrs. Today i recived a sms from indigo mentioning delay of flight and mentioned departure time 1655 hrs but it is most difficult to reach my home from kolkata as the flight will land late, so, i am not travelling and wish you to refund my amount.

Please do the needful action for refunding.

Indigo Airlines — rude behaviour and insistence of original id. non acceptance of m aadhar

Today traveling to amritsar via flight 6e 453. Your attendant at gate no. 28 at mumbai insisting original id. I produced m addhar which ms. Kripa declined to accept. She talked very rude and not allowing to board. I told it is allowed under govt. Rules. She told indigo want original. She also told govt. Can allow but indigo will not accept. However security at same gate told it is allowed under new rules. After great reluctance she had to allow me to board.
Please let me know it is dna of your employees to misbehave ignoring govt. Guidelines

I have a total grievance towards Indigo after this incident happened with me on 14th Jan 2017. I am writting this mail at 12.44am on 18/1/18. Me and my wife cant sleep in this stinky room that indigo airlines have given us lotu8 hotel in chochin near airport.
My flight 6e412 was delayed and i had connect next flight from bangalore to goa 6e6236 and i was given the worst accommodation. I am deppressed and in panic and feeling cheated. The room is stincky and they have sprayed a strong air freshener which is even worst and cusing head ache.
There is no lash from inside the room...
My only question are you aware of what is happening to your customers??? This is you reponsibility...

Hello team,

I was booked ticket with indigo from pune to kolkata on 16th jan 2018 at 4:15 pm ist. End of check in time was 3:30 pm and we reached at 3:35 pm but still they haven't allowed to board into the plain. It was urgent to reach my sister as she is doing in crpf.

We were get delayed due to unexpected traffic. We explained exact situation but they didn't listen.
Then we don't have option than purchase new ticket at higher cost.

My son was traveling on an indigo flight from bangalore to indore on 7 jan 18. Since he was traveling by himself and just 14 i requested for minor assistance and paid an additional fee of 1500/- to ensure hassel free travel for him.
I was indeed surprised when i came to know that ground staff at nagpur were off loading him thinking that was his destination. He on getting off the aircrafts realised it not to be indore and questioned the staff member who realised and got him back to the aircraft. This is absolutely rubbish and unofficial behavior by the airline. Services are being paid for...

Yesterday night i have booked 4 tickets from bangkok to delhi for 15th april, the fare at the time of booking was showing as 27636 inr, but when i was charged the amount was charged as 27636 thai bhat. Which means double the price fcyqfz. Now i know indigo will say that i had not checked for the currency while booking, but that's not the case as i have checked the case and have checked the price on makemytrip, indifo and easemytrip and on all the website same price was indicated in inr. And if presume that would be the case in thai bhat the ticket cost would have been 15676 thb.in place of it indigo...

Indigo Airlines — lapse in standard operating procedure (sop) leading to missing my flight

I had boarded ranchi for indore through delhi flight no. 6e 436 on 2nd january 2018 at 13:30 but i deboarded at delhi as almost all passenger were deboarding.

To begin with, i have been travelling transcontinental and national flights for over a decade but have never been in a flight that hops at airport (Delhi in this case) without deboarding all the passenger.
I admit i should have been more vigilant but the lapse in the standard operating protocol would have prevented this "traumatic experience"
