Seems to joking with us, they stopped my boarding due to 1 min late, causing my fault, then I paid 3000 more for the next flight, after boarding the flight now they are saying flight is delayed. Means airlines mistake is no matter, no value of the passengers time.

My mother has just been through one of the most cruel and unacceptable travel experiences with IndiGo. She travelled from Nashik to Madurai and got stuck in Hyderabad airport for over 18 HOURS because of IndiGo’s complete failure and mismanagement.

I was waiting at the boarding lounge at the Chennai Domestic Airport, near Terminals 129 and 128. I lost my Ipad and charger there and when I asked the indigo staff to retrieve it for me they said my ipad was taken by the Airports Authority, when I contacted the Airports Authority, they have said they don't have it with them.
