[Resolved]  Indo Bakels Pvt Ltd — EPF of both the sides not deposited

I had worked with " Indo Bakels Pvt Ltd" having registered office at 43-C Mittal Tower Nariman Point, Mumbai-400021 in capacity of National Sales Manager for six and half month. It was mutual consensus seperation and was assured to settle my account immediate.
Now I came to know that though EPF was deducted from my salary but neither my part of amount nor Employer part( as agreed) were diposited with Government Body( EPF).
The owner " Ajay Goyal" is not responding to my queries ( mails) nor allowing others(GM) to settle the account.
Expect your interference to EPF fraud and let similar treatment not happens to existing employees of the company.
