Dear Sir/Madam
This is in continuation to my last complaint dated 27th December 2011. In month of January2012 got mail from the company- Indo Bakels Pvt Ltd, Mumbai that my full and final settlement amount was diposited to my account. When I contacted them for details I was given amount details not the calculation as how the figures were arrived. I wrote them( Owner- Ajay Goyal, his GM, Accountant and Consultant) about missings...

EPF of both the sides not deposited

I had worked with " Indo Bakels Pvt Ltd" having registered office at 43-C Mittal Tower Nariman Point, Mumbai-400021 in capacity of National Sales Manager for six and half month. It was mutual consensus seperation and was assured to settle my account immediate.
Now I came to know that though EPF was deducted from my salary but neither my part of amount nor Employer part( as agreed) were diposited with Government Body( EPF)....
