Dear sir, This is to inform you that i have resigned from m/s indoco remedies ltd on 20.06.08. And co (Indoco remedies ltd) submitted my pf withdrwal forms to your office on 25/02/09. But till date i have not received my pf amount till date from your office. Please inform me the status in return mail and settle my pending amount. My pf account no - mh/2225/5347. Indoco Remedies Ltd — Non receipt of cheque book
I had posted my cheque book requisition slip, for my savings a/c no. [protected], with Axis bank, at their Guwahati A.T.Road branch ATM's drop box, on 3rd of August last. But, till date I am yet to receive the fresh cheque book or any other communication from the bank. In absence of which I am facing great difficulty. Please do something about it.Regards,

RESPECTED SIR, TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY P.F. i.e.ON 24.09.09.E.P.F. WITHDRAWL FORM IS ALREADY SEND TO THE COMPANY ON AUGUST 2008.SO IT IS REQUESTED YOU TAKE CONSIDERATION ON THIS MATTER AND SEND MY P.F. AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

WARREN-EXCEL — PF WITHDRAWAL AMOUNT NOT RECEIVED
Dear sir, I had sent my filled application for the PF WITHDRAWAL AMOUNT to my company.They forwarded the same to the relevant pf office after their formalities on 04th, FEB'09.But I am not receiving any reply from anybody till now.I do not even know the status of my pf amount.
