Received opened (non sealed Medicines . Tampered with some cheep medicines

Reference to the subject, it is submitted that I have ordered the vericiquat 10mg for my father who is heart patient but received some metaformin in the same leveled box. The inside boxes of medicines received opened (not Sealed) The vendor provided the medicine from your side is tampered the box and changed. Please check it is extreme negligence and refund the same ASAP.

I had placed an order for essential medicines on PharmEasy (Order ID:[protected]. The order was supposed to be delivered on time, but there was an unexpected 4-day delay without any proper communication or reason.

After waiting patiently, instead of fulfilling the order or informing me about the issue, PharmEasy simply refunded the amount without my consent or prior notice. This is highly irresponsible, especially when medicines are not just products but critical to health and well-being.

Such negligence can risk lives and shows a serious lack of accountability from PharmEasy. I am very disappointed with this kind of service and expect an explanation, as well as steps to ensure that this does not happen to any other customer in the future.

    Delivery

    I have ordered some medicines on PharmEasy on 18th january 2025 and supposed to deliver on 21st January2025 but till now i didn't get my medicines.
    Every morning after 21st (Delivery date), PharmEasy update the delivery date to the same day i.e on 23rd jan, it was updated to 23rd.On 24th, it was updated to 24 and so on.
    Till now, i didn't get the medicines.
    Also it was a prepaid order of approx 1800/-...

    The technician stole our phone

    The technician who came to our house in the morning stole our mother's phone. We tried to call him and his supervisors but no one is accepting the mistake.

    There has been no one else who has come or gone from our house. The phone was kept where he had placed his things. The phone is missing and switched off since the time he left our house...

    On 12 July, 2024 I booked pharmeasy's at home laboratory testing services to check my and mother's thyroid profile reports and accordingly same evening we recieved our reports online. However I had some apprehensions about my report as it was a drastic change from my last report and I am on regular medication so it should not vary this much. I was rightfully freaked out imagining my health deterioration that has led to such increase so I approached pharmeasy to discuss if something could have gone wrong.

    The pathologist from pharmeasy assured me that the results are indeed correct. I told him I am on medication and since 2017 my stats has remained in the same brackert and such drastic change is uncharacteristic because I take medicine and take good care of my health. The doctor whose name I forgot told me sometimes even if you take medicine your health may deteroriate and the report he provided were correct.

    I suggested that perhaps there was a mix up of samples of my mother and me as the conduct of the person who took our samples was not very professional ( he was on a 20 minute long personal call and perhaps he messed up at his end somehow). Because my results were still difficult to accept. But the doctor discarded my concerns. I ended the phone call feeling dishaeartened. Before channging my medication or approaching a doctor I decided to get tested again. Accordingly the next day I got tested in Lal Pathlabs and as expected my reports came normal and much much lower than the high value pharmeasy provided me and insisted as my true value.

    I was shocked. I called pharmeasy immediately and sent them both reports asking how they sent me such wrong reports and how they will take responsibility for this. But so far I have not recieved any resolution. I am being told there is an escalation but nothing is happening. I am getting phone calls of people who are invallidating my concerns and being unsympathetic and not taking responsibility and accountabiliy.

    Last 4 days have been stressful and traumatizing for me as it is related to my health and it is a very sensitive matter for me. I am angry and frustrated. That's why as a last resort I am approaching external mechanism to get justice. I want to request the concerned authority to look into this matter and provide me some respite. Please hold pharmeasy accountable and make them compensate me and my family for the mental stress and emotional time and wastage of time and energy they have put us through.

    Such negligency on matter of health is unacceptable. We should not have to get multiple tests done just to be sure. If at home services like pharmeasy can't provide us the gurantee that the reports they are giving us is correct, I believe they should not engage in something like this and stick to selling medicines.

    I have attached both the reports as proof for your consideration.

      Refund request declined by PharmEasy

      We have bought a shampoo named morr F 5% solution 60 ml from PharmEasy online platfrom. We ordered it on 30 April 2024. We have received the product on 4th May 2024. But at the time of receiving the seal was opened and the bottle was half empty. We didn't get the fresh product. So we request to return the product on the day itself. On the next day they took the product. But after 7 days also we didn't get our refund amount and on 11th May...

      I have received only three products .
      I have complained about this they says that while packing they have included it but how was it missed ?
      They are not taking my complaint now .

          Dear concern,
          pharmeasy rejected my refund because as per seller report medicine is found as used, but how is this possible because i have not break seal of the medicine, unfortunately your delivery boy break the medicine seal and same is not my fault.. As discussed with my colleagues he have also request to delivery boy don't break seal of medicine but delivery boy said as per company policy i want to verify and break it... Why my refund is rejected, because same is your delivery boy mistake.. Order ID:[protected]

              I am an end user and getting products for about 4 years now from Pharmeasy. This is my first time I am experiencing the issue with them. I have ordered a product Glogeous Advanced face wash gel. When I got the product to my surprise 1) the product is 75% empty and 2) the material is totally different than what used to be.

              I have complained to their call center, I got a response they have the video and everything is alright. I asked to share the video but they denied it.

              I need your intervention on this please. Attaching photo for your reference.

                Booked a blood test package for my 78 year old father in law in Meerut for the first time. Pharmeasy assigned a technician who did not have the required test kit available with him. No blood sample was taken on that day. I made a detailed complaint with the customer care clearly stating that the same technician should not be assigned to the same technician. The appointment was rescheduled to the next morning. The SAME technician was intentionally assigned the next day. On speaking with him he clearly stated that the company was not paying for nd providing the requisite test kit to the technician that is why is was unable to collect the sample. Customer support refused to answer calls. They have harrassed my father in law who is 78 years old caused him undue mental and physical stress and have denied him his fundamental right to health . Such unprofessional behaviour is not acceptable from PHARMEASY.

                  My wife had given her blood for testing by Home Collection by PharmEasy. The untrained person sent has caused internal bleeding on the arm of my wife. Photo of the Arm is sent to Grievance Officer - Mr. Himanshu.

                    With reference to order ID Number[protected] the delivery person called me and told that he is coming soon thus we waited him for a long time. as I have problem in my knees and due to the reason I was not able to go down stairs from 2nd floor thus I kept the amount in a bag and requested to delivery person to to keep the medicines in the and to take his amount of medicines but he argued and refused to do it and constantly saying that until I will not come down stairs, he will not give.
                    Sir what is this behavior, even you can check that the medicine which I ordered is related to joint pain.
                    I fact I also ordered last time and nobody came to deliver and it was cancelled by agent side by mentioning that I refused to take.
                    Kindly instruct the unsocial element to serve their services in a good manner.

                      3rd class service and 3rd class customer support and 3rd class senior customer support

                      I have order a medicine which had estimated delivery time of same day 5PM to 10PM, upon that i have paid 39 Rupees for faster delivery by 3:30PM to 5:30PM

                      when i called the delivery guy he says he is returning the medicine to store and disconnected the call

                      later i called the customer support and escalated the concern the call was about nearly 1 hour and 0 Zero resolution

                      I have paid extra to be delivered it today and customer support asks me to wait for 24 to 48 hours for the resolution

                      This is how this third class cheap pharmaeasy is dealing with customers and doesn't understand the urgency and doesn't prioritize the medicine

                      WORST ever support received from the below 2 people who are at So called senior customer support at level 3 and level 2

                        Ordered some products from pharmacy app worth rs 1024 rs and i made the payment through paytm (online ) . Now the product has arrived without any notification from delhivery and they asked me to pay the amount on cash on delivery...i paid 855 rs through cash on delivery ...they told the amount will get refunded...
                        The status shows still the product is under transit and i have already recieved the product and i have made double payment...
                        one product is also missing from the order list ... Is this company doing fraud buisness???

                        Today it has shown out for delivery and then says delivery failed...

                        The refund procedure has not yet initiated for this product ...

                          I had booked medicine on 19th April which was committed ti be delivered by 20th April b4 10.00 am but not delivered
                          On repeated reminders they gave me false commitments to order next day but they never delivered till 24th April and calls wud come giving different reasons
                          On 24th April y order gets canceled by pharmeasy itself without informing me
                          0n 24th I again reordered all medicine to be delivered by 25th evening again same issue giving false commitments to deliveredby 26th 27th but no delivery.
                          It is a shameful act by pharmeasy to act in such a manner with a long term customer

                            How many times you will collect sample.Already it is collected 2 times.Again you are telling it is damage and repeat samoke required.What kind of service is this.Are you running lab or grocery shop.I want complete refund of this order.Even after collecting blood sample 2 times from a senior citizen your company is not providing complete test reportsnr asking to take sample again..Inspite of appointment blood is not collected on given day.What kind of service you are giving.I am sorry to say that I am totally disappointed by your company and will never advice any one to avail your service.                               I ordered on 6 April 2023, it showing delivered on 9 April 2023
                              There was no contact from the delivery boy and i have tried reaching out to customer care but nothing is happening from their end. I have not received my order and they are not refunding my money as well

                                I put an order at 6 April and by mistake i chosen wrong address and delivery boy came on 6 April approx 5 pm then i realised that i chose wrong address so I refused to take order and i said to delivery person kindly cancel it, he said ok and gone, after some time application shows medicine delivered then i put complaint but still it's in investigation stage and i don't know when investigation will completed and when will refunded money
