I have ordered from Pharmeasy with order id[protected] on 15 June 2026. When I checked on 20 June 2026, it is saying partial
Order delivered but it was not delivered. When I called them, they said they cannot do anything as within 48 hours only complaint can be registered. I told them I haven’t talked to any delivery boy and even checked with my roommates, nobody recieved the product. How will the customer know that portal...

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the recent cancellation of my refund request for the damaged product I received—2 Huminsulin cartridges—through your platform.
To my utter disappointment, the insulin cartridges delivered to me were in a damaged condition, making them completely unusable. As this is a critical medical product, such negligence is not only unacceptable but also raises serious concerns...

This is to bring to your notice ( though i had brough this toyor notice several times earelier thru your app as well, that you are cheating your custimers like me in passing discounts etc.
when i select any medicine for example, you will show its MRP and then beloiw disc and then discounted price. you also keep promoting various apply code discounts.

I placed a medicine Order ID[protected] on 17th September 2025 which till date I have not received. I paid Rs 4366.67. Every day I kept receiving messages saying slight delay. Finally I called them on Customer care a couple of times. They kept giving evasive answers saying would check with the delivery agent and deliver at the earliest. Finally sent a complaint through an email. Initially they replied. Then they stopped replying....

Reference to the subject, it is submitted that I have ordered the vericiquat 10mg for my father who is heart patient but received some metaformin in the same leveled box. The inside boxes of medicines received opened (not Sealed) The vendor provided the medicine from your side is tampered the box and changed. We have bought a shampoo named morr F 5% solution 60 ml from PharmEasy online platfrom. We ordered it on 30 April 2024. We have received the product on 4th May 2024. But at the time of receiving the seal was opened and the bottle was half empty. We didn't get the fresh product. So we request to return the product on the day itself. On the next day they took the product. But after 7 days also we didn't get our refund amount and on 11th May...

Mr. Vinod Pal from pharmeasy came to my house for blood sample collection on 25.09.22. Since then I have pain in my hand where he injected and also black spots. I am continuously applying ice, but cannot see any difference. I have raised complaints twice but no proper solution. My complaint no. are 17548121 and 17559820. I want my money back....

I had got my medicine order[protected] for Mintop Forte. The outside package was fine, even the inside package of Mintop seemed fine. But to my shock, the minoxidil bottle inside the package had been punctured and minoxidil liquid has been drained out of it. I am not sure what kind of quality checks do these guys have in place? It is such a frustrating experience for me.

After sending the above mail there was no acknowledgement...

I had booked a RT PCR test(D2095068) from the pharmeasy app on 5th July, although the sample was collected from my house, the technician ended up cancelling the order on the app and that's how the confusion started.I was then asked to raise a fresh order stating that the previous order was cancelled and that the refund for that order will automatically be initiated hence i raised a fresh order and the payment was done but i am still waiting...

Guys, please never use Pharmeasy application for lab test. I had the worst experience.

Recently on 19th March, 2022 I booked “Health check up “ for my husband as he was facing high blood pressure issue from a last few days and it was advised by the Doctor. the Sample was collected on 20th at 9AM. The report was supposed to be delivered within 21 hours after sample collection.

It's already been 49 hours now but...

Being a women, I was really got fooled by your so called reputed online pharmacy website.
I have ordered medicines for my diabetic father on 4th of March by availing express delivery by paying an amount of 10 rupees.

But Unfortunately, My order wasn't delivered as promised at right time before 2 PM on 5th of March. Later, by evening 7 PM, the delivery executive (Ashokan)...

My father suffered kidney damage and doctor advised me for a CBC, urine routine and urine culture test. I booked these tests on pharmeasy labs on Jan 7th. I was charged 1, 047rupees for the same. The next day blood and urine samples were collected. Our doctor told me that the CBC and urine routine would arrive in 24 hours and culture in 72 hours. But the reports didn't arrive even after 48 hours. I called and mailed pharmeasy customer service...
