[Resolved]  Indraprastha Gas Ltd. — Delay in PNG connection

I have applied for new PNG connection with IGL via receipt no. 185990 dated
25/09/2011 and subsequently an amount of Rs. 5000+1000= Rs. 6000 (
Rupees Six Thousand Only) was deducted from my account on 02/11/2011.
I was informed telephonically my BP No. as [protected] ( no official communication from IGL).

I am sorry to inform you that even after approximately 6 months of
application and 5 months after advance amount paying no connection or
communication has received from IGL end. On repeated contact with
Customer care I console every time to get the connection in next 10-15
days with some or other excuse. But till date no official communication received even when SLA
of 90 days already over. Even the customer care excucative are not aware of any escaltion matrix.

Please look into the matter and do the needful at earliest.
