following up with customer care. they feel sorry and forwarding the request to concerned department. but the concerned department is not providing any reply to them.

can anyone listen my request and help me in providing the Gas pipeline connection immediately.

their customer care department is just to hear complaints but no solution is provided by them.
i call on no [protected] and then press 2. some times meenakshi, marya , namita, chander, ganesh, ashok and u can add so many names to these. but no solution is provided.
