[Resolved]  Indusind — Upgradation of Card on false commitment and now not addressing the complain

I have been using IndusInd Platinum Credit Card (earlier Duetsche Bank) since 2007. Recently in Jan 2013 I got a call to upgrade my Card to Signature and all the fees assosiated with my points on the Platinum card. So, I accepted the same. However, once done and statement got generated I saw 9999 + taxes charged to me. I called up the customer care and they said my points are insufficient to cover the annual charges instead of my repeated claim of Sales guy. I raised a complain during third week of Jan (18th Jan my statement gets generated) with request number 75631 but no body called. So, I again called up the customer care and they raised a complain again on 29th Jan for the same issue with number 05986. I got a call this time and sales guy told me that they would come and get this resolved but no body came. I again called up and a new request was raised again with number 37757 on 7th Feb because each time sales guy went back to the Service request I had raised and closed it by mentioning that they have spoken to the customer and he has agreed to pay the charges. I again got a call by name Abhishek and he confirmed me that he will come and get the same resolved. He even confirmed on my query that if he is actually coming. The same old story nobody turned and again call to customer care with new request on 18th Feb, 2013 with number 90895. Not sure how this is getting closed. Customer care does not understand anything and just knows to raise a request.
