As per the norms every banks last job would be to share the NOC letter to the customer however in my case I’m still waiting for it
My loan was closed via DD issued by hdfc
This was a pure balance transfer

When I reach the customer care I have been transferred to main queue where I have to put in my loan acct number and end up getting no where as the loan account seems to be closed

I lost job in November 2020. Present I am jobless. Every day every minute I mentally disturbed. Recently I suffering with disease. Please help me sir. I want to settle my credit card. Please sir...

              I got a card loan from Indusind bank, Loan Account Number: ULK05609C under the name Mohd Hasir. I sold the same car (Hyundai Eon), there was a deficit of Rs10, 000 something which I deposited (cash) at the bank branch on 22nd October. The cashier (Chavi Ram Singh) sitting at the bank branch made a mistake and deposited the deficit balance in wrong loan account number: ULK05602C under the name Mohd Ehsan. Now it's been 2 months but the bank is not giving a definite answer. For the last 2 months they are saying it'll be done in 1 week again and again. The person whom I sold the car too wants to get his car transferred on his name but he also has been waiting for 2 months because till the time balance is not cleared out NOC can't be issued.
              It's my dearest request to please contact them and get this resolved as it's the bank's fault.

              For more details I'm providing Bank Branch and receipt of the cash deposited.

                I have notified through an email regarding my credit card bill payment on 24/DEC/2020

                Is that a good way to suggest me paying such a huge amount once again using other means without reverting the amount back to my ICICI account from your INDUSIND swift pay or bill desk.

                Seems like it's a problem with INDUSIND bill desk swift pay, what else can I do from my side with these applications as I have no access, I have paid the amount on time 24/DEC/2020 as my DUE date for INDUSIND credit card is 25/DEC/2020

                I have just quickly verified once again the transactions recorded in my ICICI account for the amount INR 1, 00, 305.00/- I have paid on 24/DEC/2020

                Can you please refer to the attached screen-capture containing the transaction recorded in my ICICI account with reference number as [protected], It is showing as success where as the receipt Indus-24-DEC-20 generated by bill desk through INDUSIND swift pay paid through below URL showing as pending.

                The above URL is the integration page between BILL DESK and INDUSIND, hope your technicians will have access to the logs which can help them to track the issue.

Then i check bank charge Rs. 10000/-as credit card issuing fee i visi bank than bank exct. say we issue you same amount travelling voucher. its just sale of travelling voucher by bank. please canceled by credit card and withdraw cr. card issuing fee. I have not require travelling Voucher. so do not sent me any travelling voucher.

                          I have been a customer if indus ind bank card

                          I have been harassed every month for payment of minimum due almost 10 time a day.

                          They harass even after giving them a commitment date and on top of that they are rude.

                          Even if i give them a date they call everyday atleast 10 times and harass and they keep on putting pressure for payment.

                          I have other credit cards too, but i never get calls from them as i make the payment to them within the due date, it is only this indusind bank which harasses every day once the bill is generated

                            My name is balraj. Im sending this mail on behalf of my uncle. His name is mr. S. Manickam residing at 24/29, senaiyar west street, eruvadi, nanguneri taluk, tirunelveli district.

                            He has took a loan of inr 6.55 lacs vide account number - tll01617c.

                            Earlier he had took loan of inr 8.0 lacs and paid on time.

                            For last three months due to financial crisis he was not able to pay the loan amount of inr 55, 000/- (Total pending amount for three months), before to that he has paid inr 4.0 lacs on time without delay.

                            Today my uncle has got a call from regular collection agent (Mobile number[protected], this telecon conversion was normal unless the person named ajith kumar (Mobile number - [protected]) was involved.

                            He had used abusive way of approach for collection of loan which is strictly not acceptable. We agree that we had not paid the loan amount on time but no one has the rights to treat a person like using the abusive language, hope your bank policy also wont allow this type of approach to the customers if it a genuine and well organized bank.

                            We strongly abject the way of approach of mr. Ajith kumar (Mobile number - [protected]).

                            We need your acknowledgement of this mail and action taken on him immediately.

                            We will wait for a day or two, then we will register it as an online consumer complaint with proof of this mail.

                              Indusind bank is unique. They don't care for high-value customers.

                              * treat this complaint/experience as a warning and never invest with them or you're up for a painful experience and may lead to grave losses. *

                              My relation with bank -

                              I invested to near about 1 crore in their fixed deposit instrument looking at the attractive interest rates they were offering. Along with that, i had to open a savings bank account with them. I was planning to invest another 3 crores with them.

                              Issue 1 -

                              Delayed account opening.

                              Account opening was delayed much beyond promised timelines and bank executives/acting manager didn't care. They made several false promises. The issue was escalated to the highest level of grevience, who took another 5 days to respond and act. Even then bank manager or relationship manager didn't care and confessed that they messed-up with details entry in system and now its stuck midway. Finally, after a lot of struggle, it was opened and the escalation team assured me such careless instances wouldn't repeat.
                              Throughout they didn't care that i'm bringing in high-value investment to the bank. Support offered was extremely terrible.

                              Issue 2 -
                              Fd documents misplaced.

                              I never received certificates for all my fds. There were multiple couriers sent to me.
                              First one was recived open, documents had been taken out and missing. I escalted but no one to the highest level of escalation cared to find them or took responsibility.

                              Another courier marked as delivered was a false status, i contacted the manager, relationship manager, all the escalation points but i was asked to figure it out with courier service on my own. Running out of options i had to, the delivery guy confessed that the forged my signatures and dropped the packet somewhere in the society which i never found.

                              At this point, no one in indusind bank escalation team or management or leadership team cared about signature forgery & missing documents.

                              Relationship manager doesn't even respond to calls, it takes 10-15 calls to even get to speak to her. Finally, she said she checked with the courier and i should forget everything and she will issue me a duplicate certificate for which i need to go to the bank and collect it or forget about it in total.

                              No one, from any department or position, cared to take any ownership or responsibility of missing documents. To them its no issue if courier does this and its customer's responsibility.

                              Issue 3 -

                              No manager at the bank branch.

                              This branch has an acting manager - - he is very sorted. Says - i don't care about any of your issues and you can go complaint anywhere it doesn't affect me. For anything you can talk to your relationship manager, don't call me.

                              Relationship manager - sheetal - she is a kid who's just killing time at this job, refuses to take calls, has no or silly responses whenever she gives us the privilege of answering the phone. She has no clue how things work, what is serious and above all, she doesn't care whatever happens.

                              Issue 4 -

                              Deaf escalation points

                              No matter how serious your issues is, how urgent it may be, they will respond only after 72 business hours. When they do a junior support guy will call, with no context and no study on the issue he will ask you to repeat entire ordeal. Then promise to get back, vanish for 2 weeks and never have any resolution.

                              I had contacted some branch managers in delhi area who refused to be of any help. And pointed me to all the email ids i had already escalated to.

                              *i'm moving my funds to another bank. Based on my repeated painful experiences and the risk i run with them i would suggest everyone to not take this risk unless you want to waste your funds. *

                              Escalated to banking ombudsman, they will take 3-6 months to even respond on it. However, by then i would have moved my investments to another bank and i'm sure it won't make any difference.

                              If these guys don't care about high-value customers, be assured they won't care about you.

                              And if you're a high value customer then you're running an extreme level of risk.

                              But that is if you care, which you don't!

                                Hi,

                                I used to be a indusind credit card holder in the past. During that period i always made full payment to my outstanding bill on time. I have never missed a payment.

                                After my last transaction sometime in october, 2016, bank delayed the delivery of online statement so i was not able to pay them, as i was expecting the statement but did not receive it.

                                Then after a month, they sent a statement which had late fees in addition to the amount i spent.

                                I informed the bank customer service via email and help line that this late fee is unjustified as i did not receive the bill on time.

                                Even the customer service agent agreed that they had some system issue sending out e-statement on time during the october-november, 2016.

                                So agent told me to pay up the amount that i actually spent on the card and they will waive off the late fees which was wrongly added to my statement.

                                So after receiving this assurance, i cleared the amount i actually spent on the card except the wrongfully added late fees.

                                But bank kept asking me to pay the late fee amount and kept adding interest on top of that late fees which was absolutely illegal and disputed.

                                They are still harassing me and my family with this fraudulent bill and keep asking me to pay the amount. It has been really challenging time with this bank.

                                You can check my credit report, i have never defaulted on any payments in my life. But i am not willing to pay this illegal and unlawfully charged amount as it was not my fault.

                                They have been harassing my family for a long time for no fault of mine.

                                  Greeting for the day!!!
                                  This is mohammed, i would like to inform you that, i hold a credit card with with indusind bank. My concern is that induslnd bank has charged me the interest of rs.9, 000/-including gst for an outstanding amount of rs.1, 30, 000/- which i had swiped for my dad's hospitalisation out of which i have cleared rs.1, 26, 500/- before the due date, i couldnt pay a small amout of rs3, 500/- as i had shortage of money. The interests charge on my credit card is on the entire amount which i had swiped and which is beyond my capacity. I cannot afford to pay the same as i was totally unaware of the charges levied on me and at the time of getting this credit card even your bank executives never informed me about the same.
                                  Hence i kindly request you to wave off the complete interest charges added in the bill.
                                  Regarding this i had also spoken to customer executive but the request was not approved.

                                  I kindly request you to investigate the matter and revert me asap as my bill payment date is on 23rd of september. I am not waiting for your positive response, i want a positive response...

                                    I have taken indusind platinum credit card which come with bookmyshow offer. But it never worked from the time i took the card. It says "quota over for the day try after 20min". I tried atlease 100 times even tried at 12am too. While issueing the cards the customer care people told there is quota funda for this card, they are just cheating and selling this cards. If you can't run your buissiness without giving false promises please close your bank such a cheat. When i try calling the indusind customer care and ask them to close the card as no use of it they say someone will call for fixing this issues but nobody calls again cheating. When providing cards they say if you face any problem you can close the card just by giving a call. Really frustrated with this indusind card.

                                      I am greatly disappointed the card suggested by your indusind Iconia Amex credit card team even after telling my requirements to them. I was charged 5000/- joining fees. It was my mere foolishness that I believed on you and invited lots of problem while using your Iconia Amex card. First of all it is not getting accepted most of the outlets. I always wanted to use at Metro Wholesale supermarket, which is not accepted by them at all. Also the most of clothing outlets are not accepting it at all.
                                      Second one and the biggest demand was to use airport lounge access, which was denied at Mumbai airport only. They said all amex card will do except this one which you have. I was so pissed up. Now I am in Doha Qatar. It is not working as well when I wanted to pay my accommodation bill. It is one of the worst cards ever.
                                      Why did I get recommendation for this card? I am very unhappy with this. I had platinum which was better than this.
                                      I want the change of card immediately with lounge facility access and better reward points. Kindly do not compel to lead us to consumer complaint about InduInd card.

                                        I was requested by an agent to apply for a credit card, who never told me that there is a 50000 fee for joining with a limit of 1 lac. I used the card for couple months. I did get the bill with the amount I spent along with that 50000. I paid only the amount spent and asked the IndusInd customer service to close the card as I cannot pay that 50K which was not informed me. They said they cannot waive that money. Its almost a year now, I have sent couple of legal notices for which there is no reply . I still get messages with int. added on monthly basis. They have been sending me online bills still but are not replying for my notice. Some action need to be taken for them not to repeat to other customers, as I get calls from their agents to close the issue by agreeing to some amount. I said its about ethics and not money, I cant be cheated like this is what is my say. I have all the emails and paper work. Appreciate your help.. I request people to get away from this bank and card. I hear lot of cheating cases like mine.

                                          They have cheated me by extra foreclosure charge. Its employee is worst in handling customer. Employee name Roshan Gije in Andheri (E) loots people and does not answer their call. They takes 25 days to return Mortgage documents. He took 48000/ access amount from foreclosure and didn't return yet.

                                            I have been trying to update my contact details and address for my Indus Ind credit card but I have been stuck in their IVR for almost a month. The IVR asks me to generate a new T-Pin and never transfers the calls to CSR (but in the background says 'Please wait while we transfer your call to our customer service representative'). It keeps me waiting for 10-11 minutes every time. As I am writing I am still trying to call your IVR.

                                            Sad systems. Wonder how do you intend to increase your business and reach if your systems are so pathetic? Selling a credit card is not enough maintaining the service levels and abandon rate are also important.

                                            Since I did not receive the credit card statement by email (which I should have) or by post (which i would not as I moved from Mumbai to Delhi) or on mobile (as I changed by number ending 23 when i moved from Mumbai), I was trying to update the details by calling their call center number +[protected] several times from January till February. I even wrote them emails on Feb 12, 2013 and Feb 26, 2013 regarding my query on updation of address & mobile number as I did not know my bill generation and payment dates of credit card since receiving it in Dec'12 end.

                                            Finally after a month or so I established contact with them today. The agent has taken requests to update all details finally. Unfortunately I was told today that there is 1700 late payment plus interest charge as I paid my bill after 4 days of my actual bill payment date. I am yet to receive the break up charges which they will email in the next two days along with the last bills. I paid the air ticket amount (since I was aware of the amt paid on the airline website) purchased through my Indus Ind Aura Platinum (Travel) card along with my other bank credit card bill due in Feb after calculating the 50 day interest free period. However i was told today that my billing cycle was from 12th to 12th and consequently the bill payment date would be around 1st or 2nd of every month not 4th or 5th.

                                            I want the reversal of these charges because of the inefficient systems and no response to my queries over email or voice has led to me not knowing the bill payment or bill generation dates. Also charge levied is huge and must be faulty as their faulty systems. All the agent said that due to faulty systems the team could not respond to my queries over email (though I received the automated response with request number - PFA the attachment) and on call as wait time was higher because of large of number of calls (this is despite the fact that I called from 7 in the evening till1 in the night)

                                            If Mr Romesh Sobti or Ms Anita Verghese are reading this please note the faulty systems and take care of your manpower planning in the call center. Hopefully the charges will be reversed as I will not be paying for the inefficient systems at your Bank. If the Bank does not resolve I will take it up with the RBI ombudsman for redressal as I think I have a valid case and claim a compensation for wasting my time.

                                            Indusind — cheque clearance

                                            i am a exiting customer of indusind and i have diposited a cheque at ashok vihar branch and i received the call from okhla branch and she said that my cheque is in a process of clearing but but its been 1 week i dint get the amount ... i have confirmed with the customer care ...they are saying that my cheque is not yet diposited....and i have suffered a lot from this issues...

                                              I have been using IndusInd Platinum Credit Card (earlier Duetsche Bank) since 2007. Recently in Jan 2013 I got a call to upgrade my Card to Signature and all the fees assosiated with my points on the Platinum card. So, I accepted the same. However, once done and statement got generated I saw 9999 + taxes charged to me. I called up the customer care and they said my points are insufficient to cover the annual charges instead of my repeated claim of Sales guy. I raised a complain during third week of Jan (18th Jan my statement gets generated) with request number 75631 but no body called. So, I again called up the customer care and they raised a complain again on 29th Jan for the same issue with number 05986. I got a call this time and sales guy told me that they would come and get this resolved but no body came. I again called up and a new request was raised again with number 37757 on 7th Feb because each time sales guy went back to the Service request I had raised and closed it by mentioning that they have spoken to the customer and he has agreed to pay the charges. I again got a call by name Abhishek and he confirmed me that he will come and get the same resolved. He even confirmed on my query that if he is actually coming. The same old story nobody turned and again call to customer care with new request on 18th Feb, 2013 with number 90895. Not sure how this is getting closed. Customer care does not understand anything and just knows to raise a request.

                                                My name is P.Praneeth Kumar. I have took two wheeler loan from Indus Ind bank in June'2011. I have been paying regular EMIs till November'2012, due to some financial settlements I have not paid last month (December'2012) and this month (January'2013) installments. I asked time till February 10th to make a final full settlement of Loan and I also mailed to Bank explaining the situation, but the recovery agent Mr. Nagendra Babu is not listening anything and using vulgar language and also threatening to beat me. My parents are very worried about this problem and are living with fear. I want to you to take action against this bank and recovery agent Mr. Nagendra Babu. Please do needful.

                                                  I have withdraw my reliance matual funds and received the 5000 amount from CAMS which has in favour of my indusind bank account number 0072h42234001. i have deposited the cheque at 25-Sep-2010 but not credited till date. when i am asking reliance they are saying bank rejected the cheque and i am following up with bank people from past 2 month but they are not ready to give me reason for the same. Please help me regarding the same
