[Resolved] Infinite Computer Solutions — Harassment

I am working with Infinite Computer Solutions (Whitefield, Bangalore) process iYogi for a while now. I always thought and was told that Work is worship and workplace is next to place of worship. This I guess, does not hold true for iYogi Infinite or maybe it is because, people like Aslam forcefully make it otherwise. I am surprised that even though, everyone is aware of what I am penning it here, no one has the guts to stand up against it (Aslam). Though, I know, nothing much would be done to that super human (bhai for many of his chamchas). He is one who influences one and all at iYogi Bangalore (even his Sr. Manager). Demanding performance is expected of any manager. This person demanded a pair of sun glasses for his birthday in the form of gift from his team. Demanding a gift is not something expected out of an AM. I guess, that was the requirement for being nominated as an Eagle. One can imagine the level at which he and his team thinks / works. All this is negated, as he gets the numbers (by hook or crook).

Its a torture for people (freshers) like us to be in this company and more so in his team, but we cant do anything as we have no one to look upto. There are many who moved to his team after training and during breaks, we have to confide and share our expericens and cry at the torture we face.

I would reveal my name given the assurance that some visible action is taken against the person. There are others too willing to share many more such instances, which we face day in and day out (rather every night) since its a night shift.
