I have joined in infinite solutions... I completeted the work they provide... But they are saying to pay 9999 someone help me please... I'm getting shivering we are poor family...

Infinity solutions is a fraud company. It is from surat. They told me to fill up 1500 form with each of rs. 25. Firstly they will tell you without registration fee you can do work and if work will complete they will give us 37500 and 5100 will be cut out from 35000 at the end of the work completed. But when completed the work they showe me that your qc is failed and i can't believe that because they showe me so many mistakes in my form and...

This is to inform, you that the infinty solutions is nothing but a fraud company who play dirty tricks to make up money by cheating people saying that they will provide a form filling job and then when you complete the work they say you have failed to finish the work and then you ask you to pay an amount of 6100 inclusive of gst tax which you shouldn't pay at any cost they will threaten you by sending mails and text messages which you shouldn't...

I am working with Infinite Computer Solutions (Whitefield, Bangalore) process iYogi for a while now. I always thought and was told that Work is worship and workplace is next to place of worship. I would also like to share some of the information about my worst experience with this company. They recruited us as Level 3 promising that we are the next TLs within 6 months. Joined the company, first two months salary was fine, after which we were not getting our complete salary at all. When we started fighting for that matter, we got half money after 4 months. they come up with some incentive plans, which will not last longer for a week...

I just want to inform you guys that the infinity solutions is nothing but a fraud company who play dirty tricks to make up money by cheating people saying that they will provide a form filling job or home based work job and then when you complete the work they say you have failed to finish the work and then they ask you to pay money. I personally faced this thing, at the first they will tell you without registration fee you can do work and if work will be completed they will give you money which you earned from your work and at the end of the work they say you are failed so you have to pay them. And they will also give you an agreement to sign so that they will be safe from any legal matter.

I agree with you all. This company has cheated so many people.
And i want to take an strict action against them. This is not the way to fool common people. Even i am a victim to this company. And i know this company very well. Please guys help me to take an legal action against them.
Fortunately i have not paid any amount to infinity. We all need to unite on this.
And don't worry guys they can't take any legal action for you because they themselves are fraud, they wont go in legal terms at all.

This is regarding fraudulent practices taking place at the trivandrum office of infinite computer solutions (Ics), trivandrum which is involved in an e-governance project for dhe, kerala.
1. The duty hours as per kerala shops & commercial establishments act is 8 hrs in a day or 48 hrs a week - that is, if you work 5 days a week, then your work hours could be 9 hrs a day on all five days excluding lunch break. If you work 6 days, then you can never declare 9 hours a day.in this situation working hours to be restricted to 8 hours a day which will make it 48 hrs a week. Including lunch hour it could be 9 hours. However infinite office, official working hours is 9.5 hours at all offices, otherwise which employees would be be marked leave.in trivandrum office (In bangalore office as per standard it's a five day week) it's a six day week making it a whopping 57 hours per week, which is outright illegal.
Necessary action invited from legal authorities after confirmation.
2. The trivandrum office is not registered with any authorities, the panchayat, municipality or corporation. This is illegal in itself not withstanding the fact that the company is not paying employment tax on behalf of it's employees at trivandrum office or any other local taxes. Infinite computer solutions is claiming that their trivandrum office is in fact a guest house, but not an office which is contrary to the fact that it is presenting it's trivandrum office as it's front office in kerala to it's government client, dhe-k, the department of higher education, kerala as per the various orders passed by dhe, kerala, namely file:///c:/users/user/desktop/g. O. (Rt.[protected]h. Edn. Pdf which specifically mentions the trivandrum office of ics. Ics has been operation in trivandrum since 2014-15 without registration which may be investigated. They are passing it off as a guest house, which itself is illegal being not registered and being without commercial permit or special permission in a residential area at vgra - 26, vrindvan gardens, pattom, thiruvananthapuram.
3. Contract workers working at trivandrum office are not paid provident fund, don't have a pf account and are being passed off as bangalore employees though this is shown as being paid in all trivandrum employee payslips.

All the above claims can be substantiate if concerned rti is filed and relevant legal action taken, but i don't have the time, money and resources to do this, so leave it to the relevant government officials, this itself being in connection to an e-governance project. With malice towards none, but for justice - thanks.

I Sheahan Dias (Emp Code B8605) was working with infinite from the 12 Jan`11 and resigned on the 18th of April`11. Now it has been more than 2 months from that date and I have not got my salary/Dues (Cheque) yet. I have called and spoken to Neetu from HR and all I get a response is that "Call her Back as a certain time" or "Call next week" or most of the time she does not pick up the call.

I AM IN DIRE STRAITS...

My landlord is overdue and he is...

1. Threatening to throw me out ANYTIME...
2. Since he`s a Policeman (Inspector) he also insisting that I launch an FIR with the company.

I am writing this e-mail as a proof that I have written to Infinite as I have not recived my salary/Dues (Cheque).
Please get back or call ([protected]) and let me know what is happening about my cheque ASAP.
