I agree with your complaint, I have also been a part of the company. They don't belief in due deligence and corporate ethics. The behaviour of 90% managers and supervisors in the services are unethical, immature and anti-social. Moreover, the senior official may want to develop the company, I appreciate that but the path take for the same is incorrect. Please try and aviod enrolling with the company. Nothing surprising about cheating of an employee. Same here as a registered customer they have sent me 3 ficticious fake mobile nos as persons who have called for florist and when I contacted the parties concerned I was told that they had no such requirement. When I contacted Ms Disha and questioned her about the same she said she would get Ms Anjali to speak to me about the issue. There was no sign of Anjali contacting me till I did so after 48 hours. When I confronted Anjali with the issue and demanded the refund of my amount of Rs 7777/- for not keeping to the service standards and for breach of trust she abruptly slammed the phone down. Later I got the contact number of one Mr. Vinod whom I was told that he was incharge and who had earlier sent a proposal to us. The proposal was signed by him as Business Development Manager. When he was contacted by me he flatlly denied that he had anything to do with the company and he directed me to one Varsha Pandey. On contacting Varsha she pleaded that I should give her a chance to prove herself and promised that she would get back to me after an hour. Its been now over 48 hours that have passed and she does not even answer the calls. This is nothing but cheating and amounts to breach of trust...
