[Resolved]  Infosys — Landline connection problem

Hi,
I m from Kistapuram village...sathupally mandal khamma distrct my landline number is[protected]

we got the connection in 2005 .from last 7 ***** months my landline is not working I had given 100 complaints to sathupally JTO.... there is no response from bsnl people...........we paid the bill for these 7 months............. What Should I do with the dead phone???
