No standard, No service, Big Fraud Bank. Its a [censored]ing rascel bank!!! Netbanking website is a hell. Netbanking login never works, even if it work all hanges. Over charges for non ING Vysya Bank ATM usages... I will [censored] all the employees of this bank Was this information helpful? | |

I really agree to the comments here, "No standard, No service" firstly, when ING cannont give proper servivce they should not charge the similar minimum deposite as other top banks, secondly the customer care.. wow .. that is a typical piece of comedy to call, they even dont know the features availaible on their mi-banking, i called for my problem but he ended up saying "thank you sir for telling that this feature is also there", and now about their so called upgraded new look, the fun starts from the mi-banking logged in page.. where they ask ur experience with the new look.. ur forced to write a comment under a title "i like mi-bankin" even i[censored] scrued with the navigation, i dont even find where do i check the cheque status, and payee bank recieves the funds sends the sms and the same transaction in ing records are updated after 6 working hours.. than whats the use of mi-banking.. Just one way out is to close out such USELESS banking service that even cannot thing of automating the basic features... for ING guys please experiance the usability provided by top banks in india, or lower the minimum deposite to as low as 1000. fair enough..

I took Composite Loan (Site + Home) from ING Vysya Bank in Jan 2008. At that time I was told that after 1 year if you are not able to start house construction, you can convert the loan into site loan. After 1 year when we approached the bank for the conversion, they said as per new rules you have to start house construction or close the loan. We have been paying pre emi (does not go towards principle) for the past 1 year and 3 months
This being the case, we decided to get our loan transferred to some other bank and asked the bank for the required documents for us to be able to close the loan. It has been 3 months since we raised this request and we have still not got the documents. When we call up customer service, a security guard picks up the phone and says nobody is there in the customer care department. When we send an email to customer care, they say they will process the request in 5-10 working days and there is no reply after that. When I send them a reminder they say that they cannot provide the documents.
I feel I am caught up in a big mess by going for loan with ING Vysya Bank. Can somebody suggest a way out of this mess

I have an a/c in ING VYSYA BANK a/c no.[protected]. The bank has not provided me with valid login ID and PASSWORD for internet banking. yet so many times complain made to them but no action is taken, kindly look toward this matter urgently.

Balance Show is ZERO 12th November 2012. I called to R.M of ING VYSYA BANK at punjabi bagh Mr. Anil Upreti.This person said to me "what is your problem? call to call" and disconnect my phone call. I have suffering from this problem last 15 days. No any person resolve this problem. I have import of sum good from dubai. Today is due date (26th November 2012) and this time is also D.P. is Zero.
This person not understand this is my customer and not a manner for talk to customer. This person use to a very crude language say to me.
