[Resolved] Ing Vysya Bank — Not providing details of my home loan | |||
I have been trying through e-mail at [protected]@ingvysyabank.com ING Vysya Bank to provide me details of document they have in possession for my loan account no. 5300HL773096- SUDEEP BHARGAVA for almost a month as I want to close the loan. But they have not been able to provide the same. Last week I got ref no 00537906 through toll free no [protected] and they promised that I will get my statements / docs same day but I have received no response. I send a mail to ING VYSYA Customer care for my List of Original Documents before 15 days but I have not getting any correspondence regarding this. I also call at Customer Care Toll Free no.[protected] and ask for my List of Original documents and they assure me that the same will be sent to you within 7 working days but I have not received any mail.
So this is my humble request that please send my List of Original document so that I can close my Home Loan.
