[Resolved] Ing Vysya Life Insurance — Funds not received after policy surrender | |||
I have surrendered three policies for which I was told the funds would be deposited within 10 working days. It has been 3 weeks with no information from ING Life, after making numerous calls and emails, they don't seem to care to just give me the status, they simple keep me on hold for extended periods when I ask to speak with a supervisor. Below are the policy numbers - 00585640 00585559 00240870 I am really disappointed with the response of this company. It works as if it is a government company, I wonder how they are surviving? It takes about 15 minutes to talk to a person upon calling their customer service number - a voice rambles on and on about what to be SMSed to get what info for almost 10 minutes.
