Ing Vysya Life Insurance — I have been cheated by Ing vysya bank insurance agent

Insurance agent Neethu Ph: [protected] and asked for a accidental policy. I accepted the policy and the premium of 5185 was auto detected from my Ing Vysya bank account on 22/02/2013. As of now i did receive bond, I tried to reach agent and her mobile was switched off. Kindly help me and pull me out of this cheating.
