Ingersoll Rand HR dept. of Ahmedabad says they have filed the case with ConsumerTribunal, byt still applies WAIT & WATCH POLICY without any decision

Hi Bharat,

You being an employee of Ingersoll Rand (India) Ltd it is advisible to fight your case through yout company HR. Group policies involve Brokers, Insurance companies & TPA. There could be service level issues. Hence I would sincerely advise you to take up the matter seriously with you HR department. They are bound to expedite/settle you issue by taking up the issue with the concerned Insurance Co./Broker/TPA.

Please ask the concerned TPA to give in writing as to why you have not received your settlement. Keep building documentary evidence if you have to later fight your case at a Consumer Forum.
I disagree with this advice. A person cannot get anywhere with their own HR. They are all on the company's side. They don't care about the people who work for them I am having the same problem with LCN in Princeton, Illinois. I have a complaint against a supervisor regarding degrading remarks made to me and no one within the company cares., He's has done no wrong because he is a supervisor and I am wrong because I am just a worker. Maybe all of ingersol rand is that.
