Parental coverage policy cancellation

I have mistakenly applied for parental insurance coverage and i was not aware of the premium. Since my first month premium is not deducted still now. As we all have free will to take the policy there should be a free will cancel it. As I am not to pay the further premiums I am trying to reach out the mediassist for cancel but to my surprise no one from medi assist is assisting with me....

Policy has denied for reimbursement for delivery c section

I am working in corporate company and initiated the reimbursement process for delivery c section and provided all the documents and responded to multiple annoyed queries and attached documents multiple times and wandering to hospital with my baby in hardest time to get all the documents from hospital.

Unable to login/Reset password

Hi,

I'm unable to login the medi-assist portal from past 3 months. It was auto-updated for me and my spouse, but I was unable to add my parents for the health insurance.

medi assist india reimbursement not settled

I have submitted the Reimbursement claim more than 10 weeks ago, they claim to process within 7-10 working days which is nonsense. we have to keep calling their call center who are not aware of any details on the claim and are useless to provide information.

1. Why does mediassist need to have a call center to tell the status that i already know - under process for ages
2. Why should the customer follow up 10 times...

    Re-imbursement against operation

    I, vishal mani nautiyal senior citizen, ex employee of " hindustan aeronautics ltd. Have submitted my all documents which provided by hospital but still my reimbursement not come and mediassist helpdesk asked for more documents.. Which i have already submitted.     Dear Sir,

    Due to emergency I have checked today my mediassist account it is found that my dependent sister name is not present in the list. It was there in the mediclaim list from last 4-5 years.

    During 2021, I have requested to delete my Father name Late Shri Pandhari Thalal ( expired on 16/05/2021 ) from the list, but its still persists in the list. Already I had done all necessary things for the correction, but today found nothing updated again .

    Hence it is requested to delete Late Shri Pandhari Thalal ( Father ) from list . And add my dependent sister Miss Swati Thalal name in the list which was previously present.

    Please do the needful at the earliest. Matter most urgent

      Squint Surgery claim denied -Medi Assist Claim ID - 35522002

      I have submitted a Squint surgery claim in Medi assist for my father, and it got denied. It clearly comes under and is considered medically necessary as suggested by the doctor, and he has undergone the surgery believed that it with the assumption that it would increase his vision.       I see a number of claims Domiciliary as well as reimbursement claims are getting denied with the same status and medibuddy contact us link does not even work, the number has some very inefficient people who simply reads out the status and does not help in any form.

      A claim number[protected] I see has been given the break ups however, standing with the repudiated status for no reason.

        Asking for diagnosis report not recommended by doctor

        Medi Assist happens to be the TPA for my corporate health insurance policy. For planning hospitalisation for my mother, they are asking for a histopath report. However, no such test was adviced by the doctor at the hospital in regards to the ailment my mother is suffering from. The doctor has adviced admission based on other tests and diagnosis which have already been provided to Mediassist. This is resulting in a delay for the pre auth request...
