Unable to login to the website

I am unable to login the medi-assist portal from past 3 months., but I was unable to add my parents for the health insurance.

Unjustified Claim Deduction and Poor Service CCN# 44390605

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent claim settlement process for claim reference number CCN# 44390605 under policy number[protected]. The approved amount of Rs 12, 129 is far below the legitimate bills submitted, which totalled Rs 33, 878. Additionally, the explanation provided for the disallowed amount of Rs 4, 096 as "bills not found" is unsatisfactory.

I believe this claim has not been reviewed...

Parental coverage policy cancellation

I have mistakenly applied for parental insurance coverage and i was not aware of the premium. Since my first month premium is not deducted still now. As we all have free will to take the policy there should be a free will cancel it. As I am not to pay the further premiums I am trying to reach out the mediassist for cancel but to my surprise no one from medi assist is assisting with me....

Negligence and False Assurances in Claim Reimbursement by Medi Assist Insurance Ltd

I had submitted a claim for my mother's medical reimbursement on 9th January 2025 under the Medi Assist Insurance Ltd. policy. All necessary documents were provided at the time of submission. However, the claim was repeatedly rejected for various documentation reasons, despite my timely submission and clarifications. Require prenumbered pharmacy bill with drug license number

I had submitted all the original documents provided by Arya Vaidyasala directly to MediAssist on[protected]. Later, they requested some missing bills and additional documents for justification. I obtained these from the hospital and submitted them as requested.

medi assist india reimbursement not settled

I have submitted the Reimbursement claim more than 10 weeks ago, they claim to process within 7-10 working days which is nonsense. we have to keep calling their call center who are not aware of any details on the claim and are useless to provide information.

1. Why does mediassist need to have a call center to tell the status that i already know - under process for ages
2. Why should the customer follow up 10 times...

    Dear Sir,

    Due to emergency I have checked today my mediassist account it is found that my dependent sister name is not present in the list. It was there in the mediclaim list from last 4-5 years.

    During 2021, I have requested to delete my Father name Late Shri Pandhari Thalal ( expired on 16/05/2021 ) from the list, but its still persists in the list. Already I had done all necessary things for the correction, but today found nothing updated again .

    Hence it is requested to delete Late Shri Pandhari Thalal ( Father ) from list . And add my dependent sister Miss Swati Thalal name in the list which was previously present.

    Please do the needful at the earliest. Matter most urgent
