Below is the details of the Issue

Order Amount: Rs 498
I have placed a order on[protected],
Received the product on 2-2-2013
And since i was not satisfied byh the product (Tshirt and Flipflop) i returned back to the mentioned address in the Guarantee Card provided along with
the product shipment
The Return is Mentioned Procedure of Inkfruit.com ( http://www.inkfruit.com/faqs#return-policy )
I returned it on 3-2-2013
They Received it on [protected]
They Notified me on[protected] for the same by calling me and asked me to send the bank account details ( Account NO, Bank Name, IFSC Code)
for the purpose of refund and asked me to wait for 10 working days for refund to be credited
I had sent mail to them stating all the details..
Still today the refund has not been credited,
I have used consumer complaints the reason i can connect to inkfruit customer helpline no
Their Service is worst..

INK FRUIT — Product not getting dispatched
I have purchased one shirt through Inkfruit.com website, Order #[protected] was not dipatched to me yet. As per the Inkfruit policies the product needs to be dispatched with in 2-3 business workings. I have called to the customer care couple of times there is no update on the delivery status.
