INKFRUIT.COM denying to return the courier charges which I spent to return the shipment

I had ordered a jacket to inkfruit.com on 10th January 2013.Within 2-3 days i got the shipment.But the shipment does not looks as the ordered jacket.So i had to go for the return of the shipment.To return back the shipment to the given address by inkfruit.com i had to pay 180 rupees to the courier service(DTDC). They got the shipment within 2-3 days.They returned the price of the jacket but still they didn't return 180 rupees which...

Lack of communication, ethical values & norms towards customer retention
By way of this mail i would like to put across that i'm very much disappointed with the communication of services, product quality, norms & ethical values of inkfruit.com. They don't even bother to reply mails as well as to respond calls. If they attend also there are different-different people who took calls and conveyed that the initial person whom i speak he/she is on LEAVE/LEFT FOR THE DAY/BREAK and disconnected the call....

I have ordered online on Inkfruit.com on 25th jan 2012 after 10 days they are not able to deliver the product . they are committing next day delivery on there website.on 2nd jan my brother b'day that's why i order the cloths , Never rely on inkfruit.com there customer care is also not responsible .They are the worst company. i dont know how i will take my money back from them now , they are not giving satisfactory reply....
