hii..friends inknowtech is cheating and fraud company..please dont join in that they wont give salaries in time..and also not same salary which has mentioned in our offer letter..H.R. are very very frauds..they take seriously interviews and terms conditions of the company..but they are first frauds...because i lost my carrier because of that company...true dudes no:1 worst and fraud company in our country...

Inknowtech is a number one cheating company... They are having lot of influence.they are utilising influence and they will tell their employee that i will not pay salary, what will you do.They have lot of influence to scare the employees.THey also keep marks card when any one joined inknowtech.It is good or bad god only knows.May god only close this company and do needful...

Guys if your ever Get an opportunity to work in SAP labs with inknowtech, Please don't ever take that opportunity.
I have worked for 2 years in SAP labs Bangalore with payroll from inknowtech, If you are a freshers you will get 7000 INR, For 3- 4 years experienced people will get only 13000 INR per month.
If you submit your marks cards then gone case,
The notice period is 2 months. so its very hard to get a other job too.
Coming to SAP labs, If you think SAP labs have an opportunity to learn and grow, you are wrong.
SAP labs is the worst company to work for IT dept.
No learning environment, no growth, no permanent payroll option. no respect for IT dept people.

IF you get a chance to work for SAP labs From Inknowtech please Avoid it. Dont ever see for a brand name

I have joined in this company on 14 July 2014, after 4 months in November I have taken leave for a week with all comp-off, I have taken continuously follow up for approval from my TL, due to TL time being decession, I went on leave. Same time TL sent the update operation manager and HR. And operation manger terminated to me immediately. It is very worst company.dont Please suggest.

Law in India is dead.Inknowtech is taking advantage of this.Inknowtech hr's taking employees marks card and not giving back.They are threatening employees by saying you cant do anything.It is not problem with Inknowtech, Indian law is really bad.it will take 5
or more year to solve single case.so Instead of joining this company by thinking about Indian laws better to be in safer side.Dont Join this Fraud company.Dont waste your valuable time. I hate Indian Law .Rich People will always be reach and fraud people will always grow .
