[Resolved]  inmark — Poor quality merchandise

This is to bring to public attention the poor quality fabrics that INMARK deals with and the shoddy customer service. I had purchased a white kurta from Inmark Store at Mantri Mall on Jan 6, 2013 worth 499. The item was worn once and hand washed, but the colour ran instantly.

When I returned with the bill and defective item, the manager was not available and I had to spend close to 45 mins in the store to get the amount refunded. The manager was non apologetic and asked me to take another piece of the same item (which I was not interested in now knowing the quality). I instead picked up some socks and dark clothes hoping the damage in future may be less. The manager just went into the room and the billing process took over 30 mins. I had a bad experience at the store and definitely would go there again.
