Poor quality merchandise

This is to bring to public attention the poor quality fabrics that INMARK deals with and the shoddy customer service. I had purchased a white kurta from Inmark Store at Mantri Mall on Jan 6, 2013 worth 499. The item was worn once and hand washed, but the colour ran instantly.
When I returned with the bill and defective item, the manager was not available and I had to spend close to 45 mins in the store to get the amount refunded....

hii..
Something similar happened wid me too.. i bought a kurta worth 449 .. and wore it once and it got torned.. i spoke to d manager.. and he told me get d kurta we will exchange .. wen i went along wid d kurta.. he told he neve told he will exchange .. and behaved very rudely.. relly pissed off wid watever happened today..
i wud also request to do a preper and stict quality chaek on their products.....
