[Resolved]  innovative honda — Harrasment during servicing - bad service

Dear Innovative honda/ service-admin team ahmedabad,



I've given my bike in servicing almost 12-15 days back. It had a minor issue.. Mr Arpit from service team promised to deliver good service within 2 days However, till date, you have not returned my bike from servicing. I;ve already paid thousands of rupees over the last year during my services at innovative honda (not because of my fault) and now they say i have to pay more 2500 rupees including battery price. Please note that when i had given my bike, everything including battery was working fine. Its a total harrasment to me and i regret that i've again bought a new activa 10 days back from innovative honda.



I would like to add that, your service team is worst performer in the market today. they dont have enough experieced guys but really a bunch of cheap young guys who are capable of nothing, you should have expert /experienced people leading your servicing to the customer.



I am inclined to report this matter to consumer forums and to the local civil authorities for harrasment you guys provide to the customers along with the honda (hmsi) company.. This is the last time i will be dealing with innovative honda and would never avail your services and would advice my friends/relatives/people about your harrassments to consumers..
