[Resolved]  Institute of Chartered Financial Analyst of India, Hyderabad — Non receipt of F Dues

Please reply stauts per return. When will the money be remitted to my bank mandate account.

Status on settlement awaited

INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED FINANCIAL ANALYSTS OF INDIA — NON RECEIPT OF PF DUES

Sir,

I was working with M/s Institute Of Chartered Financial Analysts , Hyderabad ( Co. Code 16939 )when my service got terminated in February 2009.
Form-19 was submitted to the local EPF authorities by the employer vide receipt no 29127326 on
4/8/2009 & Form 10C vide receipt no 29127327 on same date.
Have not received settlement till date.
Claim status indicated " UNDER PROCESS " Try after 30 days from date of submission.
Since it is long overdue, Why has the settlement been kept pending which is causing me tremendous
hardship due to loss of job.
My PF registration no is 08106
Please arrange remittance to my specified bank as per details.submitted. This is my THIRD COMPLAINT.

Inspite of Repeated follow ups & complaints " NO SETTLEMENT HAS BEEN MADE TILL DATE TO
MY NOMINATED BANK ACCOUNT "

Epf India claim status is indicating " UNDER PROCESS "

When can I expect my payment.Sir? Please do something.

I have complained several number of times in respect of my following PF claim :

Establishment Code : 16939
Employee Code : 08106
Form -19 submitted on 4/8/2009 vide receipt no 29127326
Form 10C submitted on 4/8/2009 vide receipt no 29127327

EPF Know your claim status indicates " UNDER PROCESS "

More than 4 months have passed & I don't when I am to receive my dues
in my specified bank account .

Matter is extremenly urgent Sir, Please help as I have still not managed to get a job because of my age.
