institute — Regarding Partiality in College

holding you in the highest esteem of greatness i (Bharat Singh) wants to inform you that i am a Regular Student of B-tech 5th Sem in Information Technology in Bhai Gurdas Institute of Engineering and Technology ,Sangrur ,Punjab. I am basically from Moradabad ,UP ,INDIA. I am Shamefully mentioning that because i am not from Punjab and belongs to an another State i am suffering from Partiality in my college. My attendence in not so good in college and the main reason is the same. Here other state peoples are not treated as they should be ,including me and this behaviour is the main reason of my escape from college. I was announced detained from minors and even finals in 4th semester and the story continues in the 5th sem too ,giving a reason of short attendence in lectures. Though my attendence is short but then too more then many local Students of my batch. Since they are from Punjab ,they are allowed to sit for finals. As a result i got a lump of Supplies (Compartments) and a huge load of Depression.
My Future is blurred to me in this Stage. I am very much confused regarding my future plans. I have been a good and Sincere Student in my School. But here i cant concentrate on my Studies. I am in a very weird situation and pretty confused. I know my Capabilities but if i am not allowed to appear for the exams ,how can i be able to Infer them ,without a Moral support from my teachers ,how can i be able to flash them?
