[Resolved]  Insurance Policy — change in policy

dear sir,
i had insured the policy for my son, who's name is KANAV MEHTA with the help of an agent,i have given her all the documents of my son which are required for the insurance.but when i received the policy after a weeks time, i was surprised to see that the policy was in my name,the policy number is[protected] which is of no use to me..after calling up the agent several times there is no feed back from her.i would kindly request u to please look in to the matter at the earliest and kindly do the needful..the policy details are given below;
