INTEL / Mother board — mother board dead- not working

This is my second compaint, but there is no feed back from your side. please take immediate action.
its very urgent for me to work.
i bought INTEL make mother board - D33FSB - serial no. USFB824005TY / AA[protected] DT-25/07/08.

Intel Motherboard — Request for replacement of Motherboard

Dear Sir/Madam,
Yesterday I send you a mail regarding replacement of a motherboard, Which is not working properly.
Mother board model no. D 945 GCCRL and Sirial no. BTCR71300E15.(Purchased from M/S SABOO COMPUTERS PVT. LTD. KOLKATA).
But I have got no mail from your side. So my request please give me a solution what I will do?

iam using the intel dg4 series motherboard .the motherboard complaint is sata harddisk connect the motherboard after haddisk will not reconized after the restart the motherboard...my main dout is harddisk shot in connecting in to the motherboard...pls help sir
