SIR,
I HAVE PURCHASED IT 2 MONTHS BEFORRE FROM SECTOR-22, (COMPUTER WAREHOUSE). THEN I HAVING PROBLEM IN THE MOTHERBOARD, THEN I SEND IT BACK TO INTEL COMPANY THROUGH DEALER, AND HE SAID TO ME YOU WILL GET NEW ONE WITHIN 20 DAYS. BUT NOW 35 DAYS GONE I DONT GET ANY REASONABLE INFORMATION FROM THE DEALER, HE SAID I DONT KNOW WHY INTEL TAKE SO MUCH TIME TO BACK IT . CAN I KNOW ITS MY FAULT THAT I PURCHASED INTEL MOTHERBOARD . I WANT TO KNOW THAT WHEN I GET NEW ONE . Was this information helpful? |
For every replacment you need to log the case with the intel before dispacthing the motherboard to them.
if you have bought the motherboard from an IPP or SUB Distributor you can even have advance replacment for the motherboard 35 days time is too much. I will suggest you please ask the case ID number which your dealer has to get from intel before dispacthing the material. through that Case ID you can track the status of your motherboard.
Bregds.
