Dear Sir,

Below details of my complaint. I also posted this complaint on your website but I think it has not been addressed. Kindly help me to get my Laptop parts back.
I have given my laptop of GATEWAY MX 3414 to following shop in Vashi, Navi Mumbai in Month of April 2010.

Name of the Owner is AMIT sinha.

I have received laptop back on 25th April evening. After I checked by opening it I found that PARTS were missing. Missing parts are DVD-RW Drive / 120 GB Hard Drive / 2 GB RAM.
My all the data is on that Hard Drive & it’s extremely important to get it back. This is fraud & stealing by this company.
