[Resolved] Interlace — Customer ID Disabled | |||
Sir / Madam I would wish to introduce myself as V.Vijayabasker having an Axis Bank Account at Mylapore Branch - Chennai (Account Number [protected]) and an Internet banking facility which been active since last week. When I tried to login on 05/07/2010 using my User ID and Password, I got a message "Invalid User Name or Password". Fearing that I could have forgotten my password, I tried to "Recover" my password by entering my iConnect Login ID, but got a message "Your User ID is disabled". Can I know what is the reason behind this? If been disabled for some or other reason, kindly enable the same. My Customer ID has been disabled and I'm not able to login into the Internet banking (Account Number. [protected]).
