Investors Clinic — Credit Note not honoured

I booked a flat at Jaypee Krescent Homes thru Investors Clinic on 24 January 2012. Broker name was Mr Udayan Vasisht.

At that time, I received a credit note of 1.0024% of the basic sale price Rs 4190.00 for 1680 sqft area from Investor Clinic.

I have already made 40% of the basic cost and now trying to get my credit from Investors Clinic for past 3 months.

I have been dealing with Mr Avinash Jha for past 3 months and he is making fool of me by giving me all kind of made up excuses. He even said check is ready and someone from investor clinic is coming to my residence with check.

But nobody has delivered the check and I feel like Investor Clinic duped me.

I will be forced to take legal action against Investor Clinic if issue is not resolved ASAP.
