This is regarding my pending salary that i haven't received and it's been a 4 months since I'm trying to connect with the management. I just want my pending salary. I have joined this company in may and since then they are deducting pf esic and gratuity but paying cash salary with the same deductions i don't understand this process.

We have booked a plot of H13 of 200 SqYd in project Supertech Golf Country on Yamuna Expressway, under the name of Preeti Maheshwari via Investor Clinic’s associate Ankush Sharma and Sharda Kushwaha. We have not received any paper from the Supertech side after one year of initial payment. We have been requesting Investor Clinic for providing the allotment letter for such a long period without any success.

Here is the series of things which have happened:
1. We booked a plot in, timely payment scheme which was launched by Supertech in Feb 2022. We booked it on 1st Mar 2022. We requested our associate from Investor Clinic multiple time to provide a copy of booking form. They didn’t provide that for around 40 days from first payment, then we told them that we won’t get timely payment discount if I will not make payment on time. So, we requested them to share the demand letter for 50% payment along with booking form. Ankush told us that I have shared payment receipts and you will get the allotment letter directly on 50% payment. Mr Sharda and Mr Ankush from Investor Clinic said you will have to pay 11 to 12 lac cash, as we will do some internal settlement with Supertech. I told them I don’t have cash and its illegal. They threatened me that you will not get TPD discount if you will not do so. Finally, they agreed on 1050000 cash payment. I had no other choice accept withdrawing cash from bank and paying it to Investor Clinic. So, I did that on 17th April 2022. In total I paid 2970000 as 50% payment after applying 2000 discount of TPD.
2. We again got the receipts on 25th April 2022 and after that our struggle started with Investor Clinic. Every week, there was one reason or other for delay in providing the allotment letter. Mr. Ankush changed his mobile number and Mr. Sharda stopped responding to me in Nov 2022. After that one-day Mr. Ankush came to my home and asked for 200000 Rs payment. He said there was calculation mistake and if you pay 200000 lacs today then you will get papers hand to hand. We did that payment as well. After that there was no response for 2 weeks then we thought something is wrong.
3. We approached our friend and he said he can arrange account statement from Supertech directly. He provided me account statement in which:
a. There was wrong email id.
b. There was wrong phone number.
c. There was no mention of timely payment discount.
4. I checked with my associate, and he mentioned that Investor Clinic has not done the payment to Supertech that is why TPD is not appearing. After that my associate told me that you have got the possession of your plot. You can come to Supertech office and they will explain the situation. I was informed by Mr. Rahul Pal to make the final payment of 2562060 and then he will arrange TPD if checks will be submitted. I submitted the cheques and after that there is no action from Supertech or from Investor Clinic.
5. On 20th Mar 2023 when I approached Mr. Ankur Sharma and Mr. Rahul Pal from Supertech I was informed that your unit is cancelled. When I said how can you do so without any communication to the plot buyer. Then I was informed that we will send hard copy of this information. They have correct address in their system, but they never sent hard copy of any letter to me.
6. Then I went to Supertech’s office, my associate also visited there and talk to Mr Sanjay for some time in my absence. Then, I met Mr. Sanjay Arora who is VP of finance in Supertech. He also mentioned that it is between you and your broker firm. You didn’t purchase that plot directly from Supertech, and we can’t help you. You need to provide MD level approval from Supertech to get it done.

We think we have been cheated and humiliated by Investor Clinic associates. In this process Supertech employees are supporting Investor Clinic employees. They forced me to do cash payment and now they are not ready to provide allotment letter. Please help me in resolving this issue. I am looking forward for your positive response.

I have booked 2- seats in Bhutani Alphathum Socket - Tower E through Investor clinic. During booking investor clinic has has provided me the GST waiver of 7.5% and my effective GST was 4.5%.

They have taken first 4 payments (Retention amount, 10% of booking amount, 30% of booking amount and retention amount) as per commitment, I have attached the payment plan for reference. But during the last payment which is at the time of possession BHUTANI is saying there is no approvals for GST waiver. So you have to pay 12% GST. Even though in BBA they have taken 4.5% GST for booking amount, they are not agreeing and asking more money.

I calling to investor clinic agent (Abhishek Kapoor) since many month Initially they told we will resolve the issue but now they are not responding on this. I have attached the complete payment plan for reference. Please resolve the issue.

I booked property in Jan 2021 in Runwal, Dombivali Mumbai with the help of Investors Clinic.
At the time of booking Investors Clinic offer me
1.5 % of agreement value as passback (Suresh was sales manager & Sachin Rikhey was director) . This deal is documented through email. Initially they said it will take minimum 6 months, once Runwal Pay them they will pay the passback amount to me.

After 6 months I started taking followps through calls and meets they assure sir just wait for few months will pay your amount. ( All call recordings are in placed).
This year I escalated the issue to central team of Investors Clinic as I haven't received my passback amount. Nikita Angirish, Mansukhani pariksh, Manisha Shrivastav are the contact persons from central team of investors clinic.
Nikita & manisha has given 100% Assurity in Jun 2022 saying all approvals of your payment is in place kindly wait for 3 months more, will give you cheque payment (Email communication is with me also I have call recordings) .

After waiting 3 month, I started follow ups in Oct
I got response, Your Cheque is with Accountant team and they have hold it. After that i tried to take follow ups but no response on email as well as on call.

I tried to reach current Runwal specific Investors clinic head Neeraj Sharma as Sachin Rikhey & Suresh is not working with IC but didn't succeeded as Neeraj sir given his wrong email address through SMS and said will be on leave till 20th Nov.

Is this your promises to your genuine customers? Why these people's keep me waiting?

I will wait 4 days more for your response with my cheque payment else will take legal action as well as take help of socialmedia.

Note:I have all the email communications and call recordings with all the investors clinic representatives.

1. We have purchased the subjected floor through Rahul Katyal of Invester Clinic at the payment plan of 40:60. from "Smart World ".

2. We have paid the full 40 % total cost fixed by Rahul Katyal in consultation with Smart World at the time of Booking itself and 60% to be paid on possession.

3. But after 6 months we have received a demand notice of 199000/- from Smart World for pending payment of 40%. with due date 12/10/2022.

4. When investors clinic Rahul Katyal and Puneet Sethia were contacted, they said " Channel partner discount (241625/-) given by us is not adjusted and we have given a credit note to Smart World, they will adjust it. "

5. But, when we contacted Smart World Builder office for the credit note to be adjusted, they said "they are not in receipt of any credit note "

6. Again when Investor clinic was apprised about the non receipt of credit note, they are not informing to which mail I. d/ person they have sent.

7. Instead Puneet Sethia is threatening to lodge a police complain against us.

8.We request to get our issue resolved before the due date of Demand notice to avoid Interest on the requisite amount.

I booked 2 office in Mahalxmi RDC Mall Ghaziabad through IC, first they confirmed that loan available in this property and booked my unit. but now they are telling loan not available and neighter they are refund my money- [protected]

I booked a 504 sqft unit at EON at tower E through Ms NIDA Shahid from Inveators Clinic, Noida. They at Investors Clinic were very pushy for the sale. Promising it will be at my terms and conditions. The BBA took almost 1 month to process which have few conditions not complying RERA terms. After bringing those points to Investors Clinis they assured a meeting with the CRM of EON but not results, Later when i informed that i want to cancel the booking and for the refund for booking amount which is 10% of the total cost there is no response either by call, mail or msg from Nida as well as her team leader Mr. Azher. They do not pick up the call. Dont know what to do.
They are a big time cheater.

I booked a commercial unit in EON projects Sector140a Noida (Unit 718 E Block) through Yogesh Kumar Mishra and paid Rs 30000 as initial token money of Booking Amount. Later on I found that he has not provided me the correct information about the detail of of the unit. I asked about the dimensions and cost breakup but he was giving only superficial information and telling that area is 754 sqft and rate is only 2999. Even after my query he did not told me the carpet area. He also mis-informed me that the block is already registered with RERA and shared RERA number but I found that only A block is registered under RERA. In view of above fake and improper business practices I donot want to book above unit and request to cancel the above booking and refund the amount at the earliest.

I have made a booking with a booking amount against Unit No.: O-1230 Floor: 12th Tower: BLOCK-E in EON.

I was assured that the property will be delivered within three years. Also the BBA was to be ready within a week.
Now it is almost 5 months and BBA is not ready. As per assurance I need the money back.

I and my brother Mr Avinash Bachhil had booked plots ( H-15 and H-16 in Site 2 of Aranya City Project) vide attached documents.
My plot no is H-15 and my brother's plot no is H-16 in Site 2 of this project.

The booking was done through Investor Clinic who sadly happens to be your channel partner. The booking was done by Mr Amrish Shukla @ 23900 rupees per square yard after approval from his Senior Mr Anurag.

Booked a property as offered by Investor clinic ( a property Consultant ) in Supertech. After accepting a common conditions and confirmed by IC by E-mail through their agent ( presenting as Vise President of IC ) deposited initial deposit and other documents to the tune of 50% of the property.
After getting deposits, Supertech refused to agree to the conditions accepted by IC with Buyer.
Not issuing Builder Buyer Agreement forcing to pay of 95%, threatening interest on outstanding payment tht too without issuing any allotment letter, Builder Agreement and formal receipt of transferred amount.
IC is not responding, not receiving calls, not able to convince Supertech for their deliverable.
Buyer is stuck after paymet of 50%

I bought a flat through investors clinic and in return, they have committed to issue the credit note of 2%, it's been more than 1 year now, I gave them lots of reminders but no one is bothering to respond. neither they are interested to attend the calls. now they even don't attend the calls.

never ever believe in them, I am sharing the mails snapshots.

requesting all to never ever buy any flats/house from them. they are the big liars. they took your hard-earned money and then treated you very badly.

We were approached by Udit singh/Sunil kumar/Richa from investors clinic, noida to transfer our property from golf village of supertech to e square project of supertech in noida. We were assured that the initial deposit which was made while booking in golf village would be adjusted. We made the balance payment around a year ago (exact i have to check). We r still waiting to get possession in e square. They do not pick up our phone and do not respond to mails.

In March 2021, IC has proposed me to change my stucked property with Supertech in exchange with Migsun.

They have assured that they will transfer my invested money with bank interest(which was supposed to be given by Supertech under subvention plan). If it does not happen then my booking would be cancelled and I will get 100% refund i.e Rs 3lac.

Now after chasing them from last 10 months, they are saying that we need sign affidavit mentioning that we can not file legal complaint against them for just providing NOC. This NOC is irrelavent to us. This NOC is between IC and Migsun.

Looks like they cheat the people by promising to clear stucked property and earning brokerage amount. And the time of cancellation they are escaping the situation and want customer afidavit

I bought on flat through investors clinic and in return they have committed to issue the credit note of 2% after 90 days of successful completion of the payment, it's been 1 year now, i give them lots of reminders but no one is bother to respond. neither they are interested to attend the calls. Now a days I am getting the undelivered email from the assigned person. i informed same to the Costumer care but not getting any response from them as well. I am attaching some snapshots for your reference.

I am Radha Sharma (Mob-[protected]), I was looking a flat in Greater Noida in 2016 starting, IC sales member Mr. Deendyal (Mob- [protected]) contacted me and give me proposal for Aditya word city. For the same I gave 3.18Lakh as a token amount, but due to some of our internal issues we ask them to cancel the booking and return our amount. But they didn't cancel and ask us to move on Fusion homes greater noida with a better deal, we agreed on it and again they demanded 10% advance for it. Now we paid Rs2Lakh as a token amount. After sometime Mr. Deendyal contacted us that because of some concern we cannot continue with Fusion but having a better deal in Rise resort residency, but it is expensive product. He blackmailed us by saying if you cannot pay so your 5.18Lakh we cannot return.
And the new project cost is Rs72Lakh. For saving a small amount we planned to sell our Delhi's house and continue with it.
Now for Rise resort we paid 19 lakh cash and 5.18lakh by cheque as per advuce from Mr. Deendyal. This amount we have paid in 2017. After sometime Mr. Deendyal called us and said our company (Investor clinic) divided into two parts 1 part became Investor clinic and 2nd Wealth Clinic.
So, they told me that our Rise documents are with wealth clinic and because of some disputes they are not giving back the documents. Now they offered us Supertech E square shop and make us belief that they will adjust our back money in the shop but the shop price is 84 lakh. After selling our Delhi's home also we don't had that much amount. So we decided to take 30 to 40 Lakh loan for it.
And in 2019 starting we paid 14.7lakh to Supertech by cheque to come out for the situation. With this we have applied for a loan of 40Lakh from ICICI bank, but their was a concern from supertech they was not able to give some OC, CC documents to the bank because of this ICICI didn't give loan.
Supertech and Invester cling members told us give us complete amount in cash else we cannot go further. We don't had that much of cash.
Again Invester clinc members contacted us and said that there is a deal from Migsun we can give you Migsun Ultimo 3BHK flat in 64Lakh and will close this issue. We again agree on it to close this conflict.
After this we have paid more 17, 92000 to Investor clinc to solve this. They make an agreement between Investor clinic and us for the same and mentioned all of the above details in it and give us the time that by the end of March 2020 they will close every thing and give us the handover of Migsun flat.
But till now nothing happens. All the above mentioned details are having in mails discussion b/w us and Investor cling, with this a legal document also they made for Migsun in which they mentioned above all the things.
Till now we are empty handed and seeking for help.
