[Resolved] Investors Clinic — Investors Clinic Representative not responding

HI,

I am Ankit Madan. I booked a flat in Uditya Urban Casa, sector 78
Noida through Investors Clinic on 27 Feb 2012. The name of the
representative is Hitesh Malik.
I booked the flat in Direct Payment plan but then I got to know that
banks do not give home loans in DP plan, so I changed the plan to
Flexi by filling a new allotment form and giving it to Mr. Hitesh on
5th March 2012. I was told that the new form has been submitted and an
email and letter to Aditya builders has been sent by Investor Clinic.
I contacted Aditya builders today for allotment agreement since Mr.
Hitsh Malik is not picking my calls for a few days and I was told by
Mr. Manish from Aditya that they have not recieved any email or letter
from Investors Clinic and they will be sending a requirement for
payment 30 days after date of booking in teh DP plan, which is 27
March.
I do not understand what to
do since I have already paid 3 lac rupees as booking amount. I cannot
take the house in DP plan without home loan. I feel cheated as Mr.
Hitesh never recieves my calls and I do not know who to approach as
such short notice.

Please get in touch with me and help me with this problem.

Sir, I booked flat in Todays Residency in Noida through you in the name of my mother Kusum Lonkar . Full cost of the flat was paid in Jan 2012 . How ever till date my commission of 1% is not paid by the company . I was told that Today has not paid companies share so they can not give me any amount . I rushed to Todays office to know correct position . They confirmed that share of investors clinic is already paid .Now Sir why my share is being with held ? Follow up with Today for any matter is job of Investor clinic and not of customer . Sir I am being made to run from pillar to post with no result .I paid full amount in Jan 2012 and even after almost 6 months why company is so casual in dealings Sir if customer are not cared what message will it convey to people at large .I feel that advertisement through news paper is not as effective as by world of mouth ? I may add here that in our family we have booked 5 flats in Today, I paid full amount and rest are paying as per demand of Today ie in installments Sir my humble appeal to you is to look in to the matter personally and close the matter . I feel avoiding customer or delaying tactics give wrong signals . I hope you will understand my agony and frustration and will not give any more occasion to write in this regard.

Wrong promises is comman practice by IC associates.. they promised for discount on a property which was same as available by other players in market but I preferred IC over other and went with them but later on after around two months I got a call from the associate saying that discount would not be there and also he is trying hard for me to get a unit booked. my friends who booked unit thru other dealer have all the details of the unit booked but I am have no idea why I am being punished.

Respected Sir,
I had booked one flat from Agarwal associates 10 New Rajdhani enclave, Delhi 110092
After the purchase of flat the company has not provided clear title of the documents inspite of repeated reminders and several visits at least 50 times personal visits to the company office and site.The SMS was also delivered to the chairman of the company but no response has been given by the company.
I came to know by the BANK that The following documents are required:not given by the builder M/s Agarwal associates New Rajdhani enclave, delhi
1. account details
2.non refund of excess payment
3.Maintenance charges has been received by the company but no receipt is given to me by the company builders
4. Electricity metre and connection charged but no recept has been given
5. Interest free maintenance security recept not given
6. Chain of documents of the flat
7.Sanction plan/approved plan of building
8. Plot allotment letter of GDA
9.NO DUES CERTIFICATE
10. Receipts of all the payments
11. One reserved car parking letter not given
12.The maintainance charges has been receipt by the builder but have not depositted at Resident welfare association RWA Indirapuram
