[Resolved]  IOB Debit card — "Debit Card Invalid" message at ATM

Dear All,

I have IOB VISA Debit Card. I am now in Europe, Bulgaria and cannot withdraw from any ATM for already a week.
Message: "This card is not valid". Lastly I have had succesful withdraw a month ago.
