SUB : NON WORKING OF YOUR WATER PURIFIER AND SOFTENER SINCE INSTALLATION
I would like to inform you that I have a very bad experience with your product and services. I have purchased a water purifier Model no NGS-3B & NGMF20 ON 17th Feb’10 for Rs. 46500.00vide your bill no INV1000301 AND INV 1000302 both dated 17th Feb’10. It was not working properly since installation however your company has charged AMC for recharge and maintannace since last two years. No one has visited our permisses since last 5 months . Last year out of 52 visits only about 40 visits are made.
I have informed many times to your local technical staff Mr Bhusan,Mr Piyush ,Mr Sailendra and Mr Umesh but of no fruite.. No one has come to rectify the system, In between my motor has got burned 3 times and I have to replace the same.
.I have made many calls to your Noida office but noone has turn on to make system run satisfactory.
I am feeling like cheated as after spending that much of mony and paying regularly the AMC I am not getting for which I have paid
Hope You will look into the matter and get my system ok within 7 days otherwise I have no option but to go to consumer court which may not be a good taste for you.
