I really don't understand when the post is concerning HR department then why the IT team of this so called company IOPEX TECH is responding?
If there is no mistake on the HR side why are they not commenting on it?
Or is recruitment in IOPEX managed by IT team?That shows how confused is the employee himself who has posted a comment on the above post..
He seems to be from IT Support and in the comment he is claiming that he never made any commitments.
I think so he is a bootlicker of this company.

Mr.Administrator the person above is trying to mislead the post.So, please i request you to delete the above comment made by the employee of IOPEX TECH.
Is the HR department too scared to come forward and make things clear by themselves rather using a support person to vouch for the company?

Kindly note that until you receive offer letter from any company you have not guarantee on any job. As you have stated that you are a fresher, its good learning lesson. I understand the frustration caused on this. Please keep this in mind that until you have your offer letter in hand don't let any one about job confirmation. Wrong communication happens @ all stages HR should really think of this before informing about a job status to anyone as it will shatter the confidence of an individual especially freshers.

I am Rakesh from Chennai. iOpex is really disappointing candidates those who are all attend interview. Lot of candidates were having this same thought, but they dont know how to express this, so for suffered candidates Today I am going to explain and aware you to avoid that useless company in future.One of my friend working in iOpex he told me they are blood suckers and there is no proper management . We have to sign service bond for 2 years. Actually there is no scope for you when u join iopex, its just a technical support job.when u sign bond, then your future will be end.


Iopex Technologies is useless company, really this type of company should ban by our government, bcoz o[censored]seless HR management team.They are wasting time and money of job seeking candidates. There is a HR - Riaz in Iopex really he is utter waste fellow, I dont know how such useless peoples were appointed for selection process.Really he dont have the capability for selecting a right candidate, becoz of this fellow lot of skilled candidates are unable to join iopex. Moreover for 1 opening that conduct interview with more than 200 peoples, but he will select a worthless candidate, in my point of view actually their interview process is not an interview, a group of people was shouted in English, do u feel is this right selection process.Most worst thing is Even after selected a candidate that fellow conduct interview for eye wash. Last week ( 09/11/2012)my friend attended the interview for Email- support, on that time their candidates told to my friend that the selection process was over( That Candidate came to know this from another HR), but that HR -Riaz post the job vacancy advt so they conducted interviews for eyewash.But again this week they post Advt for that same job . This man RIAZ the so called HR of IOPEX technologies is a part of this mess. I got an email stating there's a opening for the position NOC engineer. As soon as I entered the interview hall, he filtered as many candidates as he can for no specific reason and if you ask him back a question, he'll give you a nosecut. There'll be no proper response from him. And if your a fresher, you'll have no respect. You'll be ill-treated more than a rickshaw walla or something. My kind request, please don't even choose this company for an interview, rest is assured. Being a human being, we'd expect minimum amount of respect, and make sure that you don't lose your dignity. people like "RIAZ" with his attitude brings shame and disgrace to the people of HR industry. Better quit your job or be polite and learn manners. IOPEX a big let down.

I know its gonna be a very hard time for you people without a job, but make sure on any circumstances please please do not opt for this company for any position.

We've got plenty of MNC's undertaking network operations. I'm sure each and everyone of you will get placed into a reputed company with good working atmosphere, salary and respect first of all

I got selected as a Infrastructure engineer in iOpex and they told me that I will have to work at their client site, which is Cap Gemini. After I read this post, I am kinda confused whether to take the job or not. So, If you don't mind, could you please provide me our suggestions.

I was working with iOpex for six months. It was a worst company that i had ever worked. I was happy only when i received my offer letter. After that I really felt bad for choosing that company. I wasted six months of my career. Only people who are working from the initial days can survive there. Also there is no job security for employees. My suggestion is pls don't join this company and waste your career.

I worked in this company for period of one year. I had really messed up whole life joining this company by showing some over hyped benefits at the start. But it seemed it is one of the worst company with worst management. They will get a bond for 18 months from employee for 75000 rupees at the start. If you leave the company after working 16.5 months still the charge you 75000 rupess without any heart for the final one month. And they charged 75000 rupess from me after working for 16.5 months. Also they will say the training peroid wont be considered in company experience and will take data of joining as their wish. They will say one month notice peroid while joining and will change as two months at the end while leaving. There will be no increments for first two years. Convenyence will be charged at one third of salary. My sincere advice please dont join this company otherwise your life will be in hell.

Ashok Please dont join this company... Their new policy states that - When we break the bond, we have to pay the entire bond amount + the total remaining months salary + security breach fine which is about 50000.. So in the end of relieving you will be charged about 5 times of what you earned. So better avoid it.

salary is very low
targets are there.
I[censored] passed one year also they dint provide any hike
day shift is a dream in iopex.
management is waste.
important one is its a voice process.

Hi there..I had been working there for more than a year in that ... compnay.Hrs are big dumbo, Worst management, Their management people are hectic womanizer.The best part of this company is they will give hike just 900 rs that too they will deduct 400 rs as tax..Lots of dappa process are there such as fire I, Novatal, ICE, Savalogy, support(This is just running some scan tool for all day).
