Respected Sir, I, Dinesh Katoch resident of VPO Chowki Khalet Teh. Palampur , Distt Kangra working as a Asstt. officer Accounts in Punjab University,Chandigarh. We are two brothers both were working in Chandigarh.My parents both are staying at home as above mentioned address. Sir, Last 20 days my parents are suffering from water problem. We have a private connection. Firstly our private connection pipe cuts from many parts by lineman in night. This is declare by lineman because our neighbour Kuldeep Singh working in DAV School, Palampur and in DAV School Palampur Sh Dhanotia SDO's Sahib Childrens are studying in DAV School,Palampur. The lineman also asked u complaint to SDO i will not repair your line. And also in the supervison of SDO IPH Palampur, Public Connection have changed in name of Personal name of Kuldeep singh. whenever we report to any person IPH department all personnel statement that SDO Sahib's childrens are studing DAV School, Palampur We have verbal complaint to JE,Palampur on Dt. 1/04/2010. He asked we will check in two three days.When I call to JE from chandigarh he asked u talk to SDO'sahib. When my father written complaint on 7th of April to SDO IPH Palampur. He asked we will check in two three days. When I call to SDO Palampur from 8th to 12th regularly firstly he has not picked my call & cut the phone. on 12th when call to SDO IPH, Palampur he asked your pipe lines cuts from many parts and i have more time to repair to check the pipe & same date my father have complaint to Xen Palampur he ordered to SDO's to given the connection from govt. lines to him.But till date the IPH department has not taken any action. I feel that this is clearly a matter of harassment to our family members. I have humble requested to u if a matter related to your job so kindly do the needful jobs. I am feel sorrow when i listen my parents sound on phone and tell me beta aaj bhi kuch nahi kiya unno nay.Sir kindly advised me what should do in this condition. Regards, Dinesh Katoch Asstt. yes.I, agree. last 4- 5 year my family are suffering from water problem. So many times we have complaint (verbal and written) to J.E & S.D.O. He asked we will solve.But till date the IPH department has not taken any action.

Sir,
I, Subhash Kumar S/o Sh. Kishori Lal, resident of V.P.O. Talwar, Tehsil Jaisinghpur, Distt. Kangra (H.P.) is hereby humbly requested that in my house there is no water supply from one month . I am residing at Chandigarh for my livelihood, but my old parents and my wife along with two minor small children lives at the above said village.There is no other source of water nearly and my family is facing hardship due to non-supply of water.
My father approached the Gram Panchayat Office as well as local irrigation & public Health Department of our area for the above said purpose. But despite repeated request they failed to do the needful and they make him run from this corner to that corner.
It is requested that kindly look into matter and direct your office restore my water connection/supply at the earliest.
It is further requested that my water connection may kindly be changed from present pipeline to another pipeline which is going parrlel to my present pipeline as I am facing problem many time with my present pipeline.

Reg: Irregular water supply.
I, the undersigned would like to draw your klind attention towards the irregular and intrupted water supply in the village Talwar, Tehsil Jaisinghpur. Sir a number of times I have written to vatrious authorities to solve this problem and remedial actions thereon, but all my efforts turned out to be duds. However, the position is recapitulated as under:
Sir, two years back this village was connected with the water supply scheme of Jhunga Devi. Accordingly water pipes were laid down and each house was given water connections. But it is regretted to mention that the laying of the pipes was not planned appropriately. The connections were given in such a manner that water taps of some of the houses remained out of reach of water and yielding for single drop of water. ½” pipes were laid down and from one such a pipe large number of connections have been given.The scarcity of water in these pipes and the feeble flow/pressure is a regular phenomenon. The problem attains a serious dimension and assumes an alarming proportion during summer season when other natural sources of water get dry. The very purposes of this scheme get defeated when there is no water in the pipes. It is very strange and ridicules that even during the running rainy season there is no water in taps when there is copious water and flood all around. The department located at Jhunga Devi does not appear to be fructuous and ignores the agony of the people. Neither they are listening to the grievances of the public nor registering their complaints with the plea that management of water supply in village Talwar has been assigned to the Panchayat of the village. Panchayat of this village is also not paying an attention and resorting to the intentional deception and passing buck to each others. As shifting of the above work to Gram Panchayat is not yealding fruitful meaning, it is, therefore, not understood why a separate dichotomy created. The administrative control shall be department specific. Hence, it is desired that the departmental mandate must remain undisturbed so that neither responsibility nor accountability get diffused.
Sir the entire gamut has resulted resentment among the residents of the village. It depicts some thing different about the entire working culture of the department as also does not speak well of the department. This has perforced us to highlight this issue for your immediate kind attention and remedial action thereon. The concerned department has become complacent due to the plethora of alibis afforded by a system at a managerial level. This violates standards of service to which IPH Deptt. subscribes. However, it would be appreciable that the IPH Department of Himachal Government is already straining very sinew to provide immediate relief and succor to the people particularly in the summer season. However, in this connection there are still too many gray areas that need to be sorted out with a sense o[censored]rgency.
The undersigned beseech your goodself to direct concerned authorities to probe into the matter immediately and address the problem comprehensively else laissez faire will continue to worsen the situation.

those families who gave a bottle of alcohol to the lineman time to time they got full water supply even more than their need. i don't want to reduce other families supply but i want a solution of my problem. when we all give same amount of water bill then why only our family suffer from this problem. Again i requested to u please do something on this matter.

Respected sir, in our village there are some tabs have full water & some tabs have no drop of water. If the villagers complain to water gourd than he said that's not my job. He said that if you complain against me than what would water department or MLAs do, they can only transfer me to other place. Here is sumthin which i feel is very much necessary for d public health. Since its raining all over, n rivers r gettin polluted. The water supplied to the household use n drinking purpose is very much turbid n red in colour, where is your bleaching powder IPH dept?? or do you want general public (mango people as you say) to fall sick. Its my sincere advice to you people to awake before any untoward happening like mass endemic happens... i hope u'll take this in good spirit ... regards

Respected sir,
I would like to draw your attention towards spilling of water in aima region near a photostat shop. There is a big pit in the center of the road from which water continue to flow.This drinking water is spilling out for the last two months.Plumber's of department are passing by everyday without doing any repair work.I would like to ask they are for what, just to keep sitting in the choupati shop ideally.
I would like to request you to please ask them to do the needful to stop spilling of drinking water.

Sir, last one month, my parents are suffering from water problem. we have private connection. lineman said that he can't do any thing connections are many in this line and water supply is less. what others families of my village are not suffering from water problems means to say that water supply is less only to us.
We have verbal complaint to JE, Nadaun on Dt. 02/05/2010 and two time i call to JE from delhi. He asked we will check in two three days.When I call to JE from Delhi He asked we will check in two three days. .But till date the IPH department has not taken any action.
I feel that this is clearly a matter of harassment to our family members. I have humble requested to u if a matter related to your job so kindly do the needful jobs.
I am feel sorrow when i listen my parents sound on phone and tell me beta aaj bhi kuch nahi kiya unno nay.Sir kindly advised me what should do in this condition.

हिमाचल प्रदेश मे आज 80% से अधिक बीमारियाँ यहाँ के दूषित पानी के कारण हो रही हैं, और प्रदेश के 96% हिस्से मे बिभाग पानी की जगह नलो मे जहर की आपूर्ति की जा रही है |21वीं शदी के भारत मे आज आपका बिभाग 16वीं शदी जैसा शलूक कर रहा है, उसे कैसे बर्दास्त किया जा सकता है |आपके बिभाग द्वारा जो पानी नलो मे पानी की आपूर्ति की जाती है उसका ग्राफ ऐसा है कि उसे सिर्फ़ कपड़े धोने के लिए ही इश्तेमाल किया जा सकता है, लेकिन कई जगह तो यह महँगे कपड़े धोने लायक भी नही है |मैने सितंबर और अक्तूबर महीने मे आपके पानी के कई जगह सेंपल लिए उनमे आँकड़ा इश तरह से है...घुमार्विन -बिलासपुर -हिमाचल प्रदेश -टी डी एस की संख्या = 872 तलबाड़ा-बिलासपुर -हिमाचल प्रदेश -टी डी एस की संख्या = 688शुनदरनगर -मंडी -हिमाचल प्रदेश -टी डी एस की संख्या = 911बद्दी -सोलन - हिमाचल प्रदेश -टी डी एस की संख्या = 1904नालागढ़ - सोलन -हिमाचल प्रदेश -टी डी एस की संख्या = 1762पन्जेहरा - सोलन- हिमाचल प्रदेश -टी डी एस की संख्या = 1487मंडी - मंडी - हिमाचल प्रदेश -टी डी एस की संख्या = 764कुल्लू - कुल्लू -हिमाचल प्रदेश -टी डी एस की संख्या = 376 ओल्डमनाली - कुल्लू -हिमाचल प्रदेश -टी डी एस की संख्या= 18देहरा -कांगड़ा -हिमाचल प्रदेश -टी डी एस की संख्या = 895 ऐसे मे क्या ये पानी पीने लायक है, हमने 60 से अधिक जगह पर सेंपल एकत्रित किए, लेकिन सिर्फ़ ओल्डमनाली ही एक मात्र ऐसी जगह निकली जहाँ आपके पानी मे टी डी एस की संख्या 20 से कम पाई गई, 20 से उपर टी डी एस की संख्या घातक हो सकती है, लेकिन आपके पानी मे टी डी एस की संख्या तो कई सौ गुना ज़्यादा है, यूँ कहा जा सकता है कि प्रदेश मे 80 % बीमारियों का कारण आपका बिभाग है |आपके अधिकतर पेयजल उठाव योजनाओं मे पानी सीधा नालों से उठा लिया गया है, आपके सफाई उपकरण या तो खराब पड़े हैं या बंद |पानी की आपूर्ति सीधे नालों से मात्र एक जाली लगाकर की जा रही है | आपकी कई गेलरियों मे इतना कचरा एकत्रित हुआ पड़ा है मानो कोई गटर हो, और कई टैंको मे जीब मारे हुए पाए गये |बो समय कोई और था जब आप जो भी पानी की आपूर्ति करते थे लोग उसे श्वीकार कर लिया करते थे, आज आप अधिकतर जगह पर पानी के बदले बिल लेते हो ऐसे मे क्या लोग आपको जहर पिलाने के पैसे दें...?क्या आपका बिभाग प्रदेश के लाखों लोगों को बीमारी नही बाँट रहा...?क्या आपका बिभाग अत्यंत लापारबाह नही है...?क्या आपका बिभाग लाखों लोगों की मौत का कारण नही है...?क्या आपका बिभाग पैसे के बदले लोगों को गंदगी नही परोस रहा है...?क्यूँ ना आपके बिभाग और आपके अधिकारियों पर कत्ल के मुक़दमे दर्ज करवाएँ जाएँ, क्यूंकी प्रदेश मे आपका बिभाग बीमारियाँ फैला रहा है |जितेन ठाकुर jiten thakur- Jitender kumar corr. Basically, I belongs to the Village: Karnguhi, Post: Pantehra, Tehsil: Ghumarwin; Dist: Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh. In my home, my grandmother of 85 years and my wife stays.
From last one month, the water supply in my home tap has been almost negligible, even we are not able to fill water for daily use. We complaint regarding this to the local water carriers and the officer in charge in that area Mr. Rafiq and Mr. Likhu, but no action has been taken from there side to repair the water supply in my home tap. They give excuse to my family members everyday.
You are requested to direct the officers in charge to repair the water supply to my home tap at the earliest end.

The water problem in Mehre oppt petrol pump is on peak I m staying in main road Mehre and here the crises are such a huge that from 26 days there was not a single drop in taps.people also complaint abt this in concern authorities after that JE visit and gives water only for 2 days, now the situation is same.no water in the taps fitters always moving around but no water at all.
Kindly look into the matter.hope we will get positive response.

those families who gave a bottle of alcohol to the lineman time to time they got full water supply even more than their need. i don't want to reduce other families supply but i want a solution of my problem. when we all give same amount of water bill then why only our family suffer from this problem. Again i requested to u please do something on this matter.
