Dear sir,

My motive to write this is that I am resident of village. Po. Pahal teh Sunni sub teh dhami distt shimla hp 171007. Where I live it's last house of connection connected with 7-8 houses. I am suffering from water shortage due to nuisance of neighbour water connection holder.. They put coins and plastic to block the pressure of water...its not first-time this is happening for year's..complaints have been filed but never resolved.. This time I want strict action against such people.. They do harm iphL department resources n pipes and this is really serious lineman takes bribe and supply water to them n opened and obstruct line between..because of this water wastage happens. Warning have given to them but they are shameless and do irrigation from that water.. Fill large personal tanks. Culprits of this are. Kundan lal and bija ram Sharma its summer now.. Sometimes we get water in weeks. Plz do look into this action as..possible.. And take strict action against them asap

I am a resident of village chhudra p.o thakri matti p.code 176308
As we all know that few day before our society have the work load of irrigation, due to this someone have broken our water supply pipe, due to which huge amount of water is getting wasted and we have to face daily problem . It's now more than 20 day's we request our fitter to come and check the problem, but they always say that you have a private connection we will take extra money for that, we have accepted all their demands but then after they do not come and even check out the problem, huge amount of water is getting wasted daily and the worker don't even pick up the call from our society members.
I request you to ceck out your department worker's why don't they work properly otherwise it will waste water daily

I am Puneet Kumar residing of VPO Utpur teh tauni devi distt. Hamirpur. there is water leakage from main pipe line in main Road which goes to Tauni devi. Leakage is from last ten 10 days. We are facing so much trouble.
HPPWD road is also damage due to this leakage. Pls. do needful as soon as possible.

Dear sir,

My name is mast ram, i am a resident of village samoh district - bilaspur himachal pradesh under labana community, lower tanda. Residents of this village are facing problem of water supply.
Since 3 months we are getting uninterrupted water supply which is not fulfill daily needs and due to this we are facing problems of hygiene, washing clothes, drinking water also.
I requested this department to look into the matter and take immediate action as soon as possible. So the residents of this village not facing this problem again.

In our Ward Pukhri in Banikhet there is no water since 4-5 days. we r suffering from too much problems due to non receiving of water. we are daily calling to fitter but they neither giving proper response nor picking up the phone calls. Surrounding our home there is lots of water. Pls do the necessary action. thanx sir.

There is problem of water supply in my private tap. I contacted the employees duputed by the department many times, but they did not pay heed towards my problem. J. E. And fitter never visit the village. Water guard is all in all in the village. When i contact water guard about my water problem he directly says it is not my duty and directs me to contact j. E. Or s. D. O. The employees of i & p. H. Have given connection from anywhere to the consumers and created problem.

Respected sir i, poonam chauhan resident of gandhi chowk, gpo, po dalhousie teh dalhousie distt chamba, sir, we are suffering from irregular water supply more than 3 days without any prior information that if there is any maintenance or other work is in progress so that we would know, water supply will not be regular for some days. Sir we don't have any storage and hence suffering from the water shortage.in between 3 days water came at 4.00 am and its too early that we don't even have any idea about it since everyday water supply starts at 6.00 am or 7.00 am. From local residences and some of my neighbors i have got to know that the water supply is being given to hotels that's why it came too early at 3.00 am or 4.00 am and rest of the day we don't have any supply of water. I request to the authorities please help us and do the needful.

This is to inform that i am a resident of vill. Fatechi near hiranagar via totu. We have opted for a private water connection but the water wheel is located at someone else's house due to which we face water scarcity even when the water is being supplied and the situation becomes worse during summers. I hope the department will show some concern and would take necessary measures.

Dear sir, i am gaurav kumar father’s name shri. Parkash chand from village. Kutheran, p. O. - malhot, tehsil. Jhandutta, distt. Bilaspur himachal pradesh. I have already submitted 3 complaints online but there will be no action against that complaint by iph department. Sir i am totally helpless regarding this to till time water problem at our personnel connection not rectified.in the whole village our connection is not working. Line supervisor is also not interested to check the problem even after complaints. Sir in my home my grandmother is alone in the home and she is not able to carry water from natural sources. I have applied for new water connections 3 years before and fulfilled all the requirements and submit the application form at iph office alampur but till today no connection is installed. Now the concern officers telling that you have to apply again; this is the matter of highly negligence. So kindly see the matter and do needful action to resolve the problem.

I am writing this application to draw your kind attention towards the water supply problem which we are facing from last five months. The water getting full supply to other connections in the village but there is no appropriate supply of water to our connection. I complained many times to lineman and also in iph department bangana but they didn't take any suitable action regarding this problem.

My parents are suffering from water supply problem. Water supply is not appropriate since one month. My mother complaint many times to lineman but lineman mr. Baldev singh didn't took any suitable action regarding this problem, last week i went to home and i saw the water getting full supply to other private and govt. Connections. I file the complaint water tank authority of chintpurni on 3 june 2017 but the authority did not took any action. On 5 june 2017 i went to the office of sdo. Bharwain una h. P. But he was not there. So, i ask sitting j. E. To accept my written complaint but he refused and misbehaved.
Sir i am requesting from you please take appropriate action and solve this problem. I hope you will not disappointed me. Thank you.

Dear sir,
Myself bal krishan verma from mandi himachal pradesh. I want to complain against huge bill amount i need to pay for our water supply for my home. We are just two persons living in my home me and my wife and we use water very wisely but i don't know what is wrong with our water meter, since last few months we are facing huge amount of water bills, these water bills are far high as we used to pay before or compared to our neighbours. We are middle class people and can't afford such high amount of water bill payment. So its a big worry for us. Three months back i have also complained to iph department mandi, h. P. About this but they did not care much and told me to pay bill whatever is the amount, but this time again i have huge amount of bill to pay for water supply. I has become a big problem for me. I am a shopkeeper i can't go everytime to sdo office for complaining
Against this issue and standing in que to meet sdo for discussing my problem. No one is giving consideration to my proble. Please do the needful.

Dear sir,
. With due respect, sir in our village - khaloth, post office - ghoond, tehsil - theog, district - shimla h. P.171220. We are facing very big problem of water in our area. There is no proper water supply for the last two years and all the villagers of khaloth are suffering from unavailable water supply, and the department are not serious about this problem and careless behaviour of employees. We call them daily for check our water supply but their is nobody responding for our request regarding the water supply problem.
We don't have any another source of water. So all the villagers are requested to you sir please look at this problem and solve as soon as possible.
Kindly solve this above issue.

I Deepak Kashyap S/O Sh. Krishan Chand resident of Makraina near railway station Joginder Nagar Distt.Mandi, want to bring to your notice the issue of insufficient water supply to my connection, registered in name of Sh. Krishan Chand (father).

Sir, I had never been such a problem earlier, but now i have been suffering with problem of insufficient/ negligible water supply for last 6-7 days as after given a new connection to someone through the same pipeline. Even a single drop of water is not there in my first floor for last 3-4 days. Although no one else is facing such problem near my surrounding.

Sir, as above matter is discussed verbaly with the linemen concerened to this area, they started arguying with very rude behaviour and no action has been taken till date.

I have also given written complaint/application at IPH office joginder nagar, but no action has been taken till date.

Now I request you to pls look in to the matter and take suitable action at your end to resolve my problem.

Subject: nongiven compansassion Message: The IPH Department constructed water tanks on our land in the year 2005. That time the officials verbally committed that as a compensation, would be provided to my family against the acquired land and also give the compassion as on market value . But till date I have not received any intimation from IPH department. i want to complaint the water fitter of our mugla region of chamba. from last 5 days water is not coming and he is not picking up the phone. we have called so many times but he is not responding. sir kindly do something for this problem. IPH department of himachal is very bad and even they are sleeping and not doing anything for this complaint.

I wish to state that i am surender parmar resident of vill-dohag p.o-beha teh-nadaun distt. hamirpur working as Asst. MANAGER in sriram group of companies.i am having a private water connection but still suffering from water problem.the problem is that there is a contoller which divert the water into two parts. the person who is closer to department employee ie.near by shops or who offer drink to them enjoy the full benefits of water.the timing of water is near by shops is upto 10 a.m.& our timing is 10 to1 p.m but shopkeepers enjoy the full benefits even for construction works also.due to this problem ,my father is made arguement s with them.,one person(shopkeeper ) pushed my father in angerness.my father was died.so i request you to solve this problem.

There is great water problem in our home village kanon post office_dhonkhothi , teh. sadar, distt. bilaspur. From last one year in our home there is my 90 years old mother who is suffering from water problem so please kindly help us and pay attention on this matter.
