[Resolved]  iPhone4 — greedy shopkeeper damaged my phone

Sir, Today I gave my ph. for the change of battery to a shop with the name MOBILE PHONE WAREHOUSE A-4C/202A, Janak Puri,New Delhi on 23rd July,2013 at around 7 pm. The ph. was iphone4. When I showed the ph. to the shopkeeper he said that the phone is having some problem with the battery as the battery is inflated and needs to be replaced and rest the phone is absolutely fine. I said that's fine and he returned my ph. after 30 mins after changing the battery. The ph. was on low battery so I could not check properly at the shop.He just showed me that battery is on low and the phone is working fine. When I checked the phone later on, the phone was showing no sim card. I returned immediately to the shop asking about the fault but the shopkeeper on the other hand went on me saying that there is a fault in the ph. and that's not his responsibility. He even went on saying that may be u did that bad thing on the ph. Inside the phone I even found a bump in the ph. when forcing to open it again in front of me. They charged me 2100/- for the battery even without giving me the original bill and when I tried to sort out the things with the shopkeeper returned only 1900/- and gave me a slip for the repairing stating that no signals founds and said that repairing would be separate. Sir this act of the shopkeeper has caused me to face huge damages to me and my business. My all contacts were in the phone and the ph. is now not working. Sir this has become the todays scenario where greedy shopkeepers takes the undue advantage of the customer by changing the original parts with the duplicate parts or by damaging the phone of the customer. When I gave the ph. for the change of battery there was no such problem with the ph. and even the shopkeeper agreed to it but what now. he destroyed my ph. now and troubled me for about 3 hrs in shop and wasted my time.
Another thing I want to disclose is that there are cameras in the shop where you can see that how much amount of money I have given him for the replacement of battery but the corner where the repairing is done cameras are not clear so that no1 can see what is gone behind the desk in the shop. The desk is totally covered and the customer cannot see what the shopkeeper is doing with their phone. There is no transparency in the shop and the shopkeeper can do whatever he wants and fool the customers by replacing the original parts with the fake parts. This is the total inhuman act by the shopkeepers and their helpers.
I request that I should be compensated reasonably for the loss of my ph. and time and the contacts therein in the phone and severe actions should be taken against these fake, untrusting, frivolous shopkeepers so that in future they don't even intend to cause any trouble to the noble customers.
