1st January 2023 I purchased VIVO Y75 mobile in Perambur Branch. They're told mobile rate Rs.21, 000/- (EMI registration fee Rs.1500/- you have to pay Rs.2, 500 X 6 month) Am paid down payment Rs.7500/- but bill giving mobile price Rs.20, 000/- Next day again am going and ask, Why u giving Rs.20, 000 bill What's mobile cost? and Amazon, Flipkart I checked this mobile model price Rs.20, 000/- only, You also giving same price bill, then how much EMI? You're staff's told, Yes mam it's was correct You paid balance Rs.14, 000/- dividend 6 month.. I said okay..again today they're calling me asked Pan card, am asking reconfirm EMI amount again telling Rs.2500 X 6 month.
I can't understand why there's not giving proper response? Proper support 😠 last month Am visit Poorvika in shanthi colony beach very good supporting in customer. That's why am choose Poorvika but I didn't expect like this type of customer service. I want clarity of this Bill cost and EMI details.please never speak changing word's.
