Hi Team,

I purchased Nokia 105 SS from poorvika appliances from kodambakkam on Oct 29 2022. But it got display issue on Jan 08 2023, I went the same branch and ask about warrenty. But I have bill not mobile box. IMEI number mentioned in the bill. But due to no mobile box they dont consider the warrenty and informed that's the physical damage. And they informed me to visit the local service centers to change the display.

So please consider this request and do the needful.

    Hi Team,
    I bought Nokia 105 SS mobile on 29Oct2022 from Poorvika appliances, kodambakkam. which was get some display issue on 08Jan2023. I approached the poorvika mobiles but they not responded properly and ask me to reach local service centers.

    But we have 1 year warranty for this mobile. Unfortunately I lost the mobile box but I have bill and that has IMEI number.

    So kindly help me to get the problem solve.

      1st January 2023 I purchased VIVO Y75 mobile in Perambur Branch. They're told mobile rate Rs.21, 000/- (EMI registration fee Rs.1500/- you have to pay Rs.2, 500 X 6 month) Am paid down payment Rs.7500/- but bill giving mobile price Rs.20, 000/- Next day again am going and ask, Why u giving Rs.20, 000 bill What's mobile cost? and Amazon, Flipkart I checked this mobile model price Rs.20, 000/- only, You also giving same price bill, then how much EMI? You're staff's told, Yes mam it's was correct You paid balance Rs.14, 000/- dividend 6 month.. I said okay..again today they're calling me asked Pan card, am asking reconfirm EMI amount again telling Rs.2500 X 6 month.
      I can't understand why there's not giving proper response? Proper support ๐Ÿ˜  last month Am visit Poorvika in shanthi colony beach very good supporting in customer. That's why am choose Poorvika but I didn't expect like this type of customer service. I want clarity of this Bill cost and EMI details.please never speak changing word's.

              Poorvika they have weird no return policy that you can't return or exchange mobile even if you brought 1hourse before.even online seller are Flipkart and amazon have nice return policy .
              Don't buy phone from poorvika.its better to choose online shopping like Flipkart . Beware before purchasing mobile from poorvika. ( Please return my phone or exchange)

                My name is devi from pallavaram, 29.12.2022.iam.purchasd airtel wifi dongle. In pallavaram poorvika shop.this shop staff told after 4hrs activates wifi but iam waking after 12 hrs wifi not working ..then I go to shop and checking tha products the staff told some issues in wifi and rectify the problem the I Reach my home iam checking wifi again not working again I go to shop they people sim problem replace the sim...but iam not satisfied..I spoke continuesly they are try to compromise me...but iam not interested..and satisfy I have to return this product...they are not accepting...so concern my situation...and please take action quickly

                    So I purchased my mobile on April 8th at Poorvika mobiles nanganallur branch Chennai
                    They told me they will send me the bill copy through email and whatโ€™s app
                    Till now I havenโ€™t received my bill copy
                    Itโ€™s been frustrating moment for me following up with them for continuously for months they say some silly reason and skip a day
                    I wanted to register this complaint against Poorvika nanganallur branch

                      Bought phone on 14/12 price all over India is 26k for oppo f21 they fooled my wife telling insurance and adjusted money the cost of mobile is finally charged 29k une essary waste of money and pathetic service in Bangalore r t nagar branch cheated 3k morr the staff is burglar waiting customers to come and fall in there trap why this kind of earning and business to u spoiling brand image there are other competitors giving good knowledge to customer to buy and service u people are busy in fooling them i want the difference amount which u have charged if not u would like a case in consumer for misguiding to customer given wrong and kept hidden charges

                        In brought product in poorvika noth Usman road branch . When i bought product 3rd days is faulty.. and went the shop spoken to them is not a faulty is good condition there told and they sent to service centre also but it's all lies to customer they checked him self and return the to me is in good condition . And again the same issue I'm facing soundcore blueetooth life Q10 is 2-3 hours sound is blank in bluetooth mode . The poorivka employee said aux mode is working right so use it then why should we purchase bluetooth device ...

                          I bought a dongle in Poorvika Appliances, Chrompet, on 10/12/2022, around 9:00 pm ..while buying the product an employee 'Divya' from the same branch informed me that the product will work at upto 150 Mbps and they gave a guarantee that it will do so to a minimum of 30mbps..after i reached home and tried the product the maximum speed attained was 2 mbps..This is complete injustice and fraudulent..when I went for a replacement they not only was not helpful but instead insulted us and started shouting.. unfortunately my friend informed that she has had similar experience from the same branch..the product cost was 2200rs..this is unfair and they are just looting us ..their behaviour was nice till we bought the product..when I went to return/exchange it they just shouted at us ..kindly take a strict action against this injustice

                                I am leena gyanwani, I purchased my mobile from poorvika mobiles in mandya karnataka in exchange. And they did not gave me proper price for my Old mobile instead they said we will give u 3 set good quality trolley bag after 2 days. But till now they have not given me and I have gone to shop for 3 times and they just did fraud with me. Now I want my whole money refund 29000 from poorvika mobile. I will file complaint in govt.                                     On date 5th November 2022, I purchased a Vivo Y75 mobile phone from Poorvika Mobile Private Limited, P J Extension, Main road Davangere, PIN:577002, Karnataka. They shown me mobile box which was Glowing Galaxy coloured. They assured me the mobile phone was the same picture printed on top of the box. After bill paid, I opened it at my home, but colour of the mobile phone was starlight block. But I need Glowing Galaxy colour, and I demanded at first my wishing colour. I contacted the shopkeeper and told what happened in shop. The event was recorded in their CCTV camera. They straightly rejected my request. I request you solve the problem and ordering them to provide me my wishing colour mobile phone.

                                      I have Purchased Galaxy S8 ULTRA on 25oct2022. Poorvika executive has offered me saying u vl b getting keyboard for this model in offer price till now the offer has not been updated in the samsung shop to avail it. I have raised a complaint at Poorvika and at samsung also. Till now no response from both the ends.
