I bought a new iPhone from poorvika mobiles Salem branch near pothys. Highly disappointed with the service. They have not explained clearly about my emi details due to which I want to pay 2500 more. Requesting you to look into the issue.

    I had purchased flash guard for 999 as convinced by sales executive at the counter but it has bubbles on the screen and it was replaced by the same executive as i had visited 3 times for a simple flash guard. So i called their customer care and they wanted me to again visit the showroom and call from the showroom. Do u expect me visit the showroom for this issue multiple times. It is really disappointing service rendered by Poorvika.

    I am Adesh, I had purchased VIVO Y21 mobile in poorvika showroom Thirthahalli branch shivamogga district in Karnataka 2 month back and due to my fault display was damaged and and given to showroom for replacement on 26/04/2022 but till it was not replaced and showroom people telling stories in every day, i never expected this kind of service from poorvika mobiles, Today showroom person is telling it will take more...

    Sir.. i brought NOKIA 6310 at MR nagar branch, chennai (pin code -118) on 20/02/2022 with REPLACEMENT warranty.

    However I have facing the 1st issues on 21/02/2022 - mobile charger is not working with mobile and i went Branch they gave no charger (not mobile) okay i accepted

    Again on 09.04.2022 i faced 2nd issues MOBILE NOT SWITCHED ON..

    I strictly informed to branch i don't want this was purchased...

    Poorvika Mobiles — Return exchanged mobile

    I bought a Nokia 110 model with exchanged my old samsung guru music 2 model.
    In few hours I went to the shop to get the exchanged mobile with same cost.
    But they said we can not return the exchanged mobile. we don't have the policy.
    This is not acceptable. the mobile is with them, i was ready to pay the same exchange amount even though they are giving. worst policy....

    The phone is hanging very badly so we request you to replace an another brand mobile for us

    We bought new Redmi Mi 11 Pro mobile got failure Camera so returned with the Shop almost 15 days completed not giving proper responses to us.     One assist protect warranty. Damaged mobile was brought back again to my home bcoz employee said it would take one week to replace the display. Im a delivery executive I asked him if any replacement mobile will be given to me Employee said no. I continued work with the damaged mobile.     Hi,

    Bought Apple I phone on 2nd Jan 2022 and applied no cost EMI which is 6 months EMI. The interest amount yet not received, if selected the option of No Cost EMI.

    And the same every month Interest & GST credited from my Card…

    So kindly support & provide the committed benefits…

      Two days ago, when I bought a mobile phone worth Rs.13999 He said he could not put the card in. I asked for a mobile with 2 SIM card and memory card. He said he could not change the mobile.
      Staff who do not know about mobile and manager who does not know how to talk

      All my friends have bought mobile phones at Purvika Mobile Store before

        I have werst experiance in your show room RBI Layout JP Nagar I have purchased Nokia CO1 Plus wide Bill number GSI/JPN/85 & OA/JPN/10 While testing it self it took 30 munuts to start and sales person konws that it is deffective but said for first time starting will take time and sold to me for 6900.00 this price itself is 2000.00 more compared to price for same products online

        This phone has been gifted to my relative birthday...

        Poorvika Mobiles — Very poor customer services

        Very very worst behaviour n very poor customer services..in Trichy thillai nagar lakshmi arcade showroom...ppl working don't have any knowledge abt phone features..not explaning the imp features...instead they themself taking our mobile and grading Stars n MAKING REVIEWS All the reviews here are like this only ...so ppl aware of it...
        Initialy gave me a default mobile and for replacement took 1 MONTH tht also after complaining...gave...

        Sir/ madam,

        I bought Airtel dongle from karaikal poorvika mobiles on March 27th to do office work where am a IT professionalist and need data for all time to continue my work. This dongle data is not even working eventhough It showing green color tower(means tower is excellent) when I open the dongle interface, it shows only 2 lines of tower.
        We went to poorvika mobiles but they route us to nearby Airtel mart where they told they done a boost up to the sim but all in vain. Still data is not working.
        Again we are speaking with poorvika mobiles for refund or exchange of jio dongle which is not available in their shop.
        Because of this I am not able to complete my work on time and it's extending to night.
        I bought this dongle for Rs.2200/-. Hoping a refund from poorvika mobiles for the Airtel dongle I bought.

          Poorvika Mobiles — Free service

          I bought a lenovo tab on 24 mar 2021 at Trichy poorvika mobiles. During the warranty period my tab is not working due to display issues. So I approached them for service but I lost my bill. I went to same poorvika mobiles on 20 March 2022. They said they want bill for free service and I told them I don't have it. They said they wil get me the duplicate bill copy through head office.. I approached them again on 24 March 2022 that is the same...
