I have done an online purchase of vivo v60 in 19th April on order id ONL[protected]. 5 mins after cs called and told its undeliverable toy pincode 678688. Asked to cancel and did it myself in 10 mins. Assured the cancellation in 24 hours. And till now They are not confirming the cancellation or processing the refund....

I have purchased Mobile on 19th March 2023 and the purchase was done through the my kotak Credit Card with 6 month EMI options.

The time of purchase, that models are having a cash back offer of Rs. 1500 and they have mentioned cash back amount will be credited with in 90days.

Almost 100 (4 months EMI paid) days crossed and till now I don’t have received any cash back amount for the phone.

Poorvika they have weird no return policy that you can't return or exchange mobile even if you brought 1hourse before.even online seller are Flipkart and amazon have nice return policy .
Don't buy phone from poorvika.its better to choose online shopping like Flipkart . Beware before purchasing mobile from poorvika. ( Please return my phone or exchange)...

I had purchased Samsung galaxy S21 plus on 15th june from Poorvika mobiles where 7000 cashback offer was available on making transaction through pinepg either by selecting credit/debit card option or zero cost EMI option. However while making the transaction since zero cost emi option was not available on Pinepg I went ahead with credit card option of full payment as cashback was applicable on that also.
