We bought Samsung galaxy a23 5g phone on 18 nov 2023 . There is some problem with the phone so we asked for replacement. They agreed to it but they said we have to pay extra 1000 to bill on date .

    Purchased Nokia mobile from Poorvika Adyar. Dual SIM cards were not recognised in 2 faulty new devices from the new box of Nokia 110 TA1565 DS 2023.Some how both SIM cards were recognised on the third device and sold to me on 28/10/2023.Now the mobile phone is not switching on at 5/11/2023.Seems to fault device sold to me

      Commitment given before sales and after sales not honoured

      Team Poorvika,
      I have purchased S23 ultra at Rs.134000/- from Poorvika in sholinganallur on 21 July 2023 thru Samsung finance. The sales team Ganesh and store manager were handling me on that day. I have been given a commitment that they can offer me the power adaptor 35w and the screen protector without cost of both and to take this phone (S23 ultra) and closed the sale.                     It's not most trusted it's full of fake .I bought a redmi note 12 mobile from the shop after 6th day the mobile become hanging and automatically switch off and the next day I went to the shop and give that mobile for replacement but they still don't give the replacement of that phone .

                      I purchased A14 mobile from ekathuthangal store on 19th for 15000 price, but in poorvika website the amount is 14000, the store keeper had increased the price and given, with one complementary iron box, so they charged for gift and giving the mobile

                        I have purchased Mobile on 19th March 2023 and the purchase was done through the my kotak Credit Card with 6 month EMI options.

                        The time of purchase, that models are having a cash back offer of Rs. 1500 and they have mentioned cash back amount will be credited with in 90days.

                        Almost 100 (4 months EMI paid) days crossed and till now I don’t have received any cash back amount for the phone.

                                I gave my phone service at poorvika servixe centre at simmakal madurai on 5.6.23 for display change. After 2 days on 7.6.23 they gave the mobile back without proper finish. Next day morning when mobile screen is on the lcd screen started burning inside and display startwd to break..
