Worst support I have ever encountered in my life.

Well, I am in need of a mobile verification code and I have sent passport scan, user-id, I have even sent "Name, Residential address, Office address, Date of birth, phone number so that we may pursue the matter" which I was asked for. After I sent this I got this reply:

"Please send us the complete following profile details: Name, Residential address, Office address, Date of birth, Registered mobile number to assist you in getting the new password and to check the authenticity of the mail." So when did I say that I wanted to change my password? Never! So I sent a reply with all this information (again!) from the registrered email on my Oliverm account. (oliver.[protected]@gmail.com

Reply: "Dear Customer,


Please send us the request from Email-id "oliver.[protected]@gmail.com" as it is one, which is mentioned in your profile "Oliverm " with IRCTC," Which I have done. Then I get about three e-mails saying "We would like to inform you that we can help you when you request with registered email id only".

Another late reply: "Dear Customer,

Kindly confirm us which code you want."


Don't you know by now which code I am talking about??


"Dear Customer,

Kindly confirm us you want Email code or mobile code ..."


So I had to make a print screen of the adress field where the code is supposed to go, and I did this. So I send this mail again, and I get an answer that I have sent it with the wrong mail. Again?! I've sent the request from Oliver.[protected]@gmail.com about ten times.

Another reply:"With regards to your mail, we would like to inform you that we have
forwarded your request to the concerned department for mobile
verification code. You will be receiving the same shortly to your
registered mail id.
Suggestion: Please do not click on the resend mobile button
for retrieving mobile verification code as the same will be provided to
you from our end only."

So I thought, yes! Finally I will get my verification code. But noo... So I send an additional mail with every detail possible + passport scan + print screen of what code I need. After this mail I get this mail:

"Dear Customer,

Your mobile verification code has been sent through a separate email to your registered email ID.

Please contact us in case you need any further assistance."

Is there a seperate email then with the code? Nope. No code. Not even in the spam folder.


12 days have now passed. A couple of minutes ago I recieved a mail which said

"Dear Customer,


Kindly note that your mobile verification code has been already sent to your registered email ID on[protected]:04.
Kindly check your spam and junk folder also."

Don't know what to do any more. Think I'll just sit and laugh for a while.

Irctc Railways — money delay, if transaction is failed

user name :: devraghu_v i have booked ticket. after payment of money my ticket is not generating & its leading to failed to generate ticket. this is not first time it has happen several times so find /create solution to this kind of problems
