ISO Certification — outgoing Email is not working

Out going e-mail is not working. we use out-look express for the sent of e-mails.

Ya your right ..most of the iso certification are provided by low grade certification body and many times without conducting audits and preparing Quality manuals. Certification bodies like ICV and QSCS india are one of them.Office in pitampura village and in very bad shape, just a one room office. They promised alot but all fake. ICV is non accredited body . They have take membership of ANSI and not accredited by ANSI.
