I have not seen such a irresponsible hosting provider. I purchased a hosting account with Net4india and they are taking one week to upgrade a plan and one week to fix a FTP issue. They are surely irresponsible and they not even bothering to fix the issue and just trying to close the trouble ticket on time by just replying bla blah messages.
Bull support I have ever seen.
If anyone is having good response with them, comment here. (I am sure nobody will have)
