[Resolved]  IT Vision — Fraud laptop repairing company

This is to complain against a fraud Laptop repairing shop IT Vision, Noida, TOT Mall, Sector-62. On 2nd August, 2010, I took my laptop to the shop for repairing which was having power problems and they agreed to keep it with them for 2 hours and search for the problem in the laptop and told me the repairs could cost around Rs[protected] and that they would repair the laptop on the same day,
But then they kept on delaying and took 3 days and did not return my laptop with them. After 2 days they told me that they have not repaired the laptop as the repair would cost around Rs[protected] and the reliability of the repair would not be more than 1 month.
I disagreed to the fact and went to take back my laptop, but they charged me of Rs 250 for working on the issue, and then only they returned the laptop.They kept the laptop with them for 3 days and without any repairs they returned it.
I really feel that they would have surely stole some inner parts of my laptop, and are a fraud company.
Please help me out in taking appropriate action against the fraud done by the company IT Vision Noida.
