Sub : ITC “Ashirwad” Gulab Jamun Mix – Stink
Dear Sir,
As your goodself might be aware that, I am one of the regular customer of various products of ITC like Soap, Atta, Tea etc. and recently I have purchased ITC make “Ashirwad” Gulab Jamun Mix from Big Bazaar dated 1st May, 2011 vide Batch No. AGGUGHGU, date of Mfg. July, 2010 (Guj) and Bar Code:[protected] with confidence that its quality will be superior.
But, I am sorry to mentioned here that while going to prepare the mix with milk (as usual procedure) the same was produced very bad smell (stink) like very old stock, however, its expiry date is mentioned as July, 2011. This type of inferior Quality Control never expected from ITC Like world renowned company. It will definitely hammer your reputation and incase some body has used this mix without much careful and notice, it will create lot of problem for them as well the public health and ultimately it will damage your reputation.
In this regard, I have informed same to your Local Manager (Mr. Dheeraj Gupta) and I don’t think any type constructive steps have been taken. In such situation, I am compel to refer this case to Food Inspector of Rajasthan for immediate action as well to Consumer Protection Cell, Delhi, incase you have not take any immediate action in this regard, because it is matter of public hazardous .
Please also note that still I am keeping the above said packet as a proof and for future reference also. I hope you will understand the situation and instruct the concerned department to immediate action.
